              I ordered (4) tires from simple tire total $939.33, their was several problems. The company was trying to sell me defective tires. They were return and replace with updated tires. Once I checked my credit card Simple tire charged my card $2,438.04 and $939.33. I called the company and they explained the $2,438.04 was an error, but they never correct the error. Here recently they told me to contact my bank and they will issue a refund. Why, do we have companies just charging are credit cards without permission. I would like to have my money back A.S.A.P. I called Simple tire last week because (2) of the new tires are defective and they still giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

              Simple Tire is the absolute worst to purchase tires from. Their customer service is appalling. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months now with no resolution apart from them wanting me to purchase new tires and then get a refund. I don't think so as I don't trust that they will process the refund. I asked for a promo/discount code for purchasing the replacement tires and they said they do not provide codes but on their website clear as day is an area in the check out portion for a promo code. Just appalling! I don't understand how they are still in business!
