      Are wooden basement doors are starting to rot so we called me basement love us . Hey sales rep came out Tom K******** is his name explain to us the installation of the new door over existing brick and ordered a custom new ***** door. They told us it would take two days they would remove the old wooden door from the top of the block re-parched the block and the next day install the top on my existing block. However when they came they knocked my block down install the smaller door and left a 1 foot hole on either side of mine the new door there trimwork looks like it was done by a three year old. And my basement is covered in dust from one end to the other than they did not clean To me I did not receive what I was told I am not happy with this product and would like to have what I originally purchased install

      Please see the enclosed photos that supports that we completed the job as per our fully executed legal contract.   The customer requested an additional service of flashing/siding that was not only not on the contract but is a service that we do not even offer.  It was fully explained to the customer by our head technician before, during, and after the installation that our company is not responsible for any flashing/siding work and we are not trained to install this type of work.  

       As a good faith gesture, we provided the customer with a $300 credit towards his concerned issue along with the photos substantiating our work.  The customer still refused to pay us for the work. As per our contract, we expected payment upon completion as the photos were fully approved by the manufacture and by our head technician who has been installing with us for over 18 years.  We performed this job as we would perform any other installation. 

      As far as we are concerned, this is theft of services and has  been handled accordingly.  The customer owes our company $4,000 as per the fully executed legal contract and at this time.
