      On Sunday October 16th 2022 I ordered a Pittsburgh steelers jacket, order ********** and accidentally put my home address as my shipping address and my shipping address as my home address. The next day Monday October 17th I immediately called them as soon as they opened and explained what I did and asked if they could change the addresses around and they told me that they couldn't that the order had already left. And I explained and said that I probably won't receive my package due to where I live and people living around me, they said there was nothing they could do. So on October 20th it was delivered at my door according to FedEx at 1:04 pm, well, I'm at work at that time, so I call FedEx and told them that I didn't receive it and so filed a case with them, they finally told me that they couldn't help me and that I would have to talk to the shipper, so I spoke to the Pittsburgh steelers pro shop again and was told to email the supervisor since I had ordered it on the phone, so I emailed the supervisor and told him/her what I did of how I mixed the addresses and I get a reply that reads We do apologize but since the order was entered on the webstore and FedEx delivered to the address entered on the webstore order, we are not able to reship the order to you or issue you a refund. They said the could give me a 25% discount on my next order and free standard shipping. That is not what I want, I want my $77.39 back or a jacket please. Thank you

      Response from our Digital Commerce Dept: The Customer history has been reviewed and we have provided an additional resolution - 

      We are working with FedEx to retrieve the package from the delivery location and would like to reship your order in the meantime.  Correct shipping address was requested in the email to the customer with the notice that an adult signature will be required to sign for the package.  When a valid address is provided, the hoodie will be reshipped and a tracking number provided.
