    Business Response

    Date: 09/11/2023

Dear Attorney General And Better Business. In the 41 years I have been in business Have I ever been in front of you about a repair at my shop. As

for the Erie estimate it was only for rear Hatch and Bumper & inner structural damage in rear. If you look at the estimate all repairs are for the rear.

This car is hit and side swiped in every corner of the car. Which is not related to the rear cause. The Erie adjuster came out 4 second time to estimate

hidden damages after tear down. There was additional damages if you go look at estimate page 3 says side damages are prior damages. We gave her

the money back of $488.39 for the rear bumper plus gave her Free Inspection/Emission Oil Change. She didn't pay for work order of $199.46.

She gave me authorization to repair supplemental damages but did not want lower rear cover replaced she wanted the money for the bumper and had

us reuse the damage bumper was $488.39. So she kept the money and also got free mechanical repairs of $199.46. All the rest of the repairs were

completed minus the rear bumper that she insisted on not replacing. Then when she was writing the check which was $3135.99. She only wanted to

pay $3000.00. I said no that $3135.99 was due. So after her bickering she said $3100.00 balance. I told her after receiving the bumper money and

free work on the work order of $199.46. She also had us touch up the front bumper, which was also done free. The she complained about a free

touch upon the front bumper and also complained about a free inspection with a free oil change and emission. This should let me know what I

was dealing with. As for estimate repairs where all done with lifetime warranty.

    Sincerely

    Joseph B*********
