    5/28/24 I called this place to repair my husbands truck windshield the guy quoted me at 260 plus tax schedule appointment for 5/29/24 between 1-5 was the window the guy showed up at 2pm and told me would take about 30-45 mins I said okay seen it started to rain offered the guy to take it in the garage to finish being it started to rain he said no I’ll be okay so I walked back in the house when he was done I asked the total being tax was going to be added he tells me 332 I said ok got the money paid him he left didn’t tell me anything like no warranty or we can’t do it if there’s any issues nothing in that matter their website says guarantee their work anyways so I called my husband and told him what they charged me he called the shop and the guy said no it’s 289 plus tax and the totals 323 so and said the guy thought the rest was a tip .. no that isn’t at all what I was told and got 3 different responses so my husband gets home from work the guy left around 250 or so my husband left the house around 520 and said the windshield had air coming all through it wasn’t sealed correctly so he messaged the guy and he said there’s no warranty and that his tech told me that and he definitely didn’t tell me that or anything else at that matter so then the guy stopped responding I called him 5/30/24 at he didn’t answer called with another number what do you know he answered and of course I’m mad told him it was me and I wanted someone to come fix the issue he said there’s no warranty and I’m not dealing with the way your talking well my husband tried resolving it and he ignored him now of course I’m mad I said then just come fix it your guy did it in the rain and I paid for a job that’s not done correctly it has nothing to do with a warranty we literally realized this issue about 2 hours after they left so obviously the installer didn’t do what he should have correctly , now he says oh well my tech said there was rust around it and we can’t do anything with warranty if there’s rust. I said no one stated anything like that to me at all not when I called for a quote nothing and even the guy that did the windshield never said a word to me and I asked why and he said it’s the techs discretion 
    Now all of a sudden I called because the window isnt sealed correctly and it’s worse then the one I had today he stated that but didn’t yesterday when me and we spoke with me .. I also called 3 times today 5/30/24 he didn’t answer I called from a different number he answered. After we went back and forth he said he would send a tech out next week mine you we can’t wait till next week and that he would have the new tech decide if there’s rust or not . 
    With all the issues him refusing to fix it all the different prices I got I guarantee he has his tech say it’s rust . I’m not asking for a refund I’m asking for them to seal the windshield the way they should have in the first place it’s not safe for me or my kids to drive with it like that I even offered to bring the truck to him so he can see the job that was done sent him out camera videos showing it was raining his guy rushing and me having no conversation about any issues rust or not having a warranty
