I opened a checking account with PNC BANK after receiving an email about a promotion in which I would receive $300 after qualifying deposits using promotion code 2021-04NM-7ECL-GHD3. I was told I would receive money after direct deposits totaled $5000. I contacted PNC in July. I was advised that I met all criteria and would receive funds no later than September. I called on 9-4-2021 about funds. Was now told that bank opened wrong account and I would not receive funds due to not being new customer. I advised I was a new customer and that I can’t be held responsible if bank opened up the wrong account. Advised the account they weee saying is mines is my fathers account. Also advised was not told at time of opening account or in July when I called that I wasn’t eligible. Representative said he would escalate issue and I should get a response within 24-48 hours. Never got a response. I simply want the $300 I was promised as per the promotion from when I opened the account.

On August 19th I initiated a dispute for a charge on my account totaling $500.00. I was told it was under further investigation and it would be 10 business days until I heard anything. I then spoke to a supervisor who assured me I would have a pro visionary credit issued at the latest by 09.02.2021. I have been on the phone with PNC for over 5 hours over a span of 5 days regarding this credit. As of today, no pro visionary credit has been issued and I am now being told that it could take up to 90 days to receive my money. I was misinformed by four customer service reps and a manager as well. This is unacceptable.

Hi, I have home mortgage with PNC. My taxes were due on 08/01/21. My county has not received the taxes and keeps sending me delinquent notices along with interest for non-payment. PNC told me they made the payment. I spend days trying to have them resolve it and they kept saying that they sent a check. Then I asked them for a copy of the check as requested by my county so they could investigate, which then PNC refused saying that they do not send any checks. They wire money to a third party who sends a check to the county. After wasting many days here, they created a ticket for this and told me that the ticket takes 3 business days. When I call them days later, they changed their statement and told me that the ticket will be finished by Aug 31 (2-3 more weeks than their original due date) and also that their is no way to contact the department who is working on this. Today I called them and they told me that there is no update and ticket is due by September 8, another run-around.

I have been trying to get a duplicate title for my father's truck since 8/27/2020. My father **** ** ******** died 6/11/20 and while going through his paperwork found a letter from National City Consumer Loan Services (dated 10/15/04) stating that he had not completed paperwork to transfer the title into his name. PNC assumed National City loans/accounts. I completed that paperwork, sent in a Certificate of Death and my Appointment of Administrator. No reply from them. I called several times, no one could find the info I mailed. Finally someone was able to locate it and they told me to write another letter which I did on 10/29/20. 11/24/20 I received a Release of Lien but when I went to DOM they stated I need a Duplicate title from PNC because their name was still listed on the Title. Then Lisa B***** helped me but stopped returning my calls, then Jane A******* called Lisa B***** and said there is nothing else they can do for me. All I need is a Duplicate title to sell the truck.

We’ve applied for PPP loan forgiveness since January or February of 2021. I have spoken to 4 different banking associates at this bank. The cutoff to apply for forgiveness is august 31, 2021. Today is august 30, 2021 and we are at the same point which is no point. I’ve made numerous calls and emails to settle this matter. We as a company do not want to be held liable for this. We’ve done our part in handing in all documents and informing this bank on several occasions that we’ve applied and would like an update and help if any on discrepancies. As of Friday august 27,2021 we were told by a James staples that he would reach out on Monday at 12 noon which would be today August 30,2021. That did not happen. I also followed up with an email to this individual with no response. This is a very unprofessional process that can make a business liable when they’ve done there part. We are not going to be held liable for there mismanagement.

On Friday Aug 27th I placed a stop payment on $30 check through pnc.com. Later that day I was charged a $33 stop payment fee for doing so. Nowhere when I did the stop payment did I see a fee would be charged. If I had known it would cost $33 to stop payment on a $30 check I would not have done it. I want the $33 refunded

Hello, I received a deposit from biz2credit.com for the paycheck protection program which I legally qualified for and as soon as my deposit hit my account they immediately put a security hold on my account without notice or notifying me, blocked access to my debit card and didn't respond when getting into contact with them to let me know what i need to provide to lift this hold on my account, they have been having a hold on my account since 02/10/2021 and it has put a financial burden on me and my business causing a temporary shut down, me losing employees, also me losing a vehicle and ruining my reputation it was bad enough covid put a strain financially on my business now this, and it has been going on for 6 months I tried to settle this peacefully but this is illegal and out of hand. The amount of the deposit was $48,750 and the deposit date was 02/05/2021

I’ve been with this bank since December 2020. It seems as if when I make a purchase. That amount is deducted from my available balance. But when they decide to actually process payments. The money is deducted again from my available balance and then I’m in the negative. This happens every single time I make a deposit. It looks as though I’m being charged twice. Once by the merchant and then pnc.
