      online ordering app. is flawed. on 9-10-23 i logged into my account, updated my mailing address and payment info, purchased clothes for a student who cant afford to buy his own, the purchase went through, only at the end i get a message that the order is being shipped to my old address. so upset, i called support who told me since i requested 2 day delivery, the shipping address cannot be altered. I then receive an email from the company telling me that i failed to pick the correct shipping address! their app didnt ask for any verification of the shipping address before processing, so how am i to know that the app reverted back to my old address in another city. so sickened by this

      When I tried to cancel an order that would not arrive in the time they stated they just kept reiterating that there was "nothing they could do".

      I paid a lot of money to be on a first class ticket from *** - ATL. I seat was broken into laid back position cricket. It was so uncomfortable 3rd terrible trip on this airline through AA.

      Horrible shipping! Shipping company lost my items twice, but "accidentally" closed out both items saying they had been delivered. (confirmed via a call to the shipping company). ** refuses to refund my second order saying they already provided a refund once. No one in **************** can help. Horrible service. I will never order from them again.

      About ready to stop ordering from AE if they don't get rid of UDS as a delivery option. I have had nothing but issues with UDS drivers. Today the driver whipped my package at my door. I reached out to AE and agent said there's nothing they can do about who delivers a package. Well, they need to change that because this isn't the 1st time I've reached out about issues with UDS and I don't want them delivering to my address anymore. I have reached out to UDS as well and they just ignore my complaints. Would also be nice if could reach out to someone higher up not just an agent off the website.

      I love American eagle and how their jeans fit HOWEVER they don’t last AT ALL! I have bought 3 pair of Luxe American eagle jeans over the past 9 months. They only last 3 months max per pair before they completely self destruct/tear. The first pair the button just came off, so I paid to have the button sewed back on then the zipper broke. So I order another pair and this pair rips around the leg region. Ordered again, The third pair rips around leg region as well. Three brand new pair of jeans had to be thrown in the trash. I’ve been an American eagle customer since before I can remember and the jeans used to last.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Shipping is absolutely horrible. I will never order online from them ever again. Ordered 3 weeks ago and my order has been out for delivery for 4 days which is insane and still has not arrived. According to policy I have wait 14 days to be able to get a refund. Now I have to spend extra money to replace what I shouldve received. I spent over $100 on my order for clothes I bought for work and now my money is lost somewhere and they refuse to refund me so I could take my business else where. Contacted carrier with no response. Will be disputing with bank

      Worst customer service possible. Items not delivered and told to put in my own claim with the delivery company vs the store helping. When I asked what I need from the shipping company to prove non delivery and be able to get a refund, I was told the likelihood of them reversing a decision on a refund even with the notice was unlikely. I had to again ask for what was needed to prove non delivery and no one could tell me. A third ticket was entered to try and find out. This is absolutely ridiculous.

      I had two dresses to return 6 days after purchasing them. I had the original receipt as well as the credit card that I used to make the purchase. ***** whom happened to be at the register and claimed that she was the store manager asked me for my drivers license to complete the return. When I refused to present my ID based on the fact that the dresses were never worn with tags on accompanied by the receipt, she stated that in order to do the return she had to have my personal info in the system which is a total scam. Its a sad way of capturing my personal info which I took an issue with. She typed in my name and address after I told her that she had no legal basis to ask for my drivers license. Though my teenage daughter likes their products, this transaction ends our business with this loser of a company.

      My son went to return merchandise at American Eagle. He had the receipt the original receipt all tags were on the clothing. I am an American eagle loyalty customer with my phone number you can get into my account and see all. My son had access to all of that, but he did not have the credit card American Eagle credit card that the items were charged on. All information is on the receipt. He went to return the merchandise, and they would only give him a merchandise credit. So that means I had to spend rather than the original $150 of the clothing was valued at, $300. When I asked him if I could use the gift card to apply to the bill, they should know you cannot do that. When I asked if I could bring back in the credit card, cancel it so I can go onto my account they said no. You are absolutely forced to spend the money twice. If youre going to Best Buy or ********* with the same circumstances, there are no issue they can refund the return merchandise right onto the original card with just the receipt and the phone number . American eagle is making you spend double the money with absolutely no help or resolution.
