Hey everyone commenting. I was informed by the firm that Mr. ********************** passed away and that's likely why you aren't hearing anything. They're still processing divorces but are supremely behind.

I had sent my return paperwork in over a month ago with payment information and havent received or heard from him since. It did one of the fastest processes 4-5 weeks. I cant even find his website anymore to get a hold of anyone. Im not sure whats going on. I had already paid the first payment of $155. Id just really like to find out what is happening with my divorce process.

I am a current client and signed my documents to file for divorce in early April. I have not heard anything since then and have been trying to get in contact to get the status and get not get through. I called my local Prothonotary’s office and they said nothing has been filed as of today. They have already charged my credit card and I’m not sure what to do next.

I have sent a total of $289 and have tried calling and messaging, I'm assuming the business has been closed since the website is down and no one answers any of the phone numbers. I would like to know what is going on.

I am a current client and am a tad bit frustrated that I am unable to get ahold of anyone by phone. I am aware that to speak with someone I will be charged but I need to get an update on my divorce asap and i need it completed asap as I did everything that was requested; however, i am also aware that the final document the "Waiver of Notice...." there was an error. I submitted the debit card information for the charge of the mistake which I didn't bother to question. There was a pending charge on my account that then later disappeared as if it was reversed and now I have not heard a thing. It is very unprofessional the lack of communication I am now dealing with as the beginning of the process went so smooth and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I have tried to call 3 different phone numbers and now I am lost not knowing the next steps to take as I'm starting to feel as though I was bamboozled and all I want is for this to be complete and my divorce to be finalized. -*********************

I called for a quick consultation and spoke with Michael D**** who was EXTREMELY rude. I have had a divorce pending for quite a few years and just needed to find out what I could do to have it finalized. He immediately belted out that it would cost me $600.00 for him to leave his office. Anyone with simple 90 day uncontested divorces can do it all themselves by obtaining forms on line. I would never hire this jerk.

First, obviously, this person is not a client, just someone who found it rude of me to carefully inform her that I perform only one legal service: Low-cost, uncontested, simple, no-fault divorce for $219 total. She was asking me to perform a service that would cause me to leave my office to go to the court to review documents she had filed on her own. Practicing law since ****, my hourly rate (& I virtually never work by the hour) is $350.00/hour. $600.00 would barely cover what she wanted me to do, but I did offer to represent her in a new divorce action at $219 total. She must have assumed that doing what she asked would be less than $219.00. That was an error on her part. She did not like what I told her, QED, I was "rude".
