Purchased a Virtual Visa Gcard from GiftCardGranny.com. When I check the balance on their website it says there’s a usable balance, but even Walmart kicked back the order I attempted to place. Every other website declined as well. Customer service is a joke. Will just give you the run around.Business response

I asked for a refund before order was processed I didn't want the card because of the atm withdrawal policy amd they refused.Business response

I purchased 2 gift cards for my daughter and my mother’s birthdays. One was a Visa Card in the amount of $200.00 and the other Visa Card in the amount of $500.00. Neither recipient can use the card. It is constantly declined. I have tried several times to reach them and had no luck. This is a lot of money!!!Business response

I thank you for confirming in email that your card worked. I am adding the email note that I sent you this complaint. I will personally deal with any other questions or concerns you may have.
We addressed 2 orders:
****************** – this was the $200 card. I actually did see there may have been an issue at the outset as funds took a little longer to load than normal. Once card was activated I can see the transactions and use of the card yesterday at Amazon
****************** – this was the $500 card. I am showing this as active with the full balance and no transactions.

I received a Visa Giftcard from BigDuck. Since I activated the card, it has been issues. Online it'll say I have $25, but on the phone is says it can't be found. Recently I tried to buy something with the card and there's nothing on it, which is impossible as it has NEVER been used. I have called 3 times 6/30-7/12 and the woman on the phone asked me to email them. I emailed three times 7/12-7/27 and no one has gotten back to me. I even dm'ed them yesterday 8/4 This is now 2 months of issues. I just want to be able to use the card and no one is willing to help.Business response
