  I have been paying universal payment $ ****** for my invention and now they will not talk to me i need HELP. I am 68 yrs. old and don't have a lot of time. They need to do something if they don't wont to work on my invention give me my money back.

  I have been giving U.P. money for my invention and what do they do . The amount is $11.000 for what . Because if you feel that the invention is a good invention WHY !!!!! will you stop the product for that little of money . I started with invent help but U.P. get all the money and what do they DO. They playing with my credit . That's not good i have letter with to diffrent amount on them in the same yr. Now they are saying that I need to give invent help $800.00 and give them $6000.00 don't understand . This is bad for me and my family . I know it is a GOOD product they know it too or that was a lie just to get money hoping I will pass away before they make the Shove .Thank You!!!!!!PS. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Our client signed a Retail Installment Contract with Universal Payment on September 2, 2021. The client contracted for 36 monthly payments to be made on the 3rd of each month beginning on January 3, 2022. The last payment that was received on the account was on December 6, 2022. The account was to be paid in full by December 3, 2024. As of today, there is a remaining delinquent balance of $6813.12. We are here to assist with payment arrangements to help clear up the delinquency. Any concerns about the invention services that are mentioned in the review will need to be directed to that company.   This is a scam! Please believe everything that people are saying about this company they are not lying. Im in the process to begin a lawsuit.

The first was scheduled for March 9, 2022, and the final payment was on April 9, 2022. The complainant has not made the agreed-upon payments.Universal Payment Corporation is not able to address this complainant's specific concerns regarding ********** Services.   Over 10 years ago I went to an office in southern CA and spoke to a representative of Invent Help. I was told that they do a complete and thorough check to see if my idea is out there which of course I paid for. Then I was told that the idea was NOT out there so they pulled me into their scam by telling me all sorts of lies, within a matter of months we saw an informercial commercial with my invention! They stole my idea! I paid this company over $10,000! Apparently there is a balance of approximately $3000 and it is on my credit which is preventing me from other things due to this 1 mark! I am considering speaking to an attorney to begin a class action suit as so many of us were scammed by this company!

  Universal Payment Corporation has reviewed the consumer's concerns regarding the remaining balance on her account. Over the several years of working with the consumer, we have provided a refinance to eliminate previous delinquencies and provide a more affordable payment. There is currently a remaining balance on the consumer's file. If the consumer would contact us directly, we would be able to assist with arrangements to clarify the situation.In reference to other statements made in the review regarding the services that were contracted through InventHelp, the consumer will need to reach out to InventHelp directly for a response.
