I am absolutely appalled by the way I've been treated as a customer. My 8 month old infant was born with a disability and requires a special formula. CHC Solutions is supposed to fulfill this order monthly, but every month there is either a delay or deficit in his order. When I speak with customer representatives, they are not empathetic or helpful, and when I ask to speak to a supervisor, I'm always told she (***********************) is unavailable and will give me a call later. ****** has never given me a call and this company has failed to resolve my concerns, leaving my son without food and my family to raise funds in efforts to buy this special formula. The fact that a company (and its employees) feel comfortable with a child going without the only nutrition they can have is beyond my comprehension. It is apparent that a lack of integrity and competence are interwoven into the fabric of this company as this has been my experience and the fruit of every interaction. Most recently, his prescription was changed incorrectly by his doctor which resulted in a denial from insurance per a customer service representative. The denial was received by the company on 7/24/23, however no one was notified and a week and half later the company decided to just fill the order incorrectly. My expectation would have been that either myself or the doctor were notified so that we could rectify the issue, but that is not at all what happened. I received his order today, short 3 cans of formula, and told once again that ****** would reach out to me. I would just really appreciate clear communication and for an established escalation process so that I can have my concerns addressed.
