    This is the 2nd time Medical Monks has sent the wrong product. The packing slip was literally signed off on by two employees... both the puller and the packer. How did two people sign off on the wrong product?!! Unfortunately, I received my order on a Friday and the customer service rep said I would have to wait until Monday for someone from shipping to send me a return shipping form. She didn't even offer to send the correct item right away. Absolutely unacceptable since this company sells MEDICAL SUPPLIES... You know? Items that their customers need and depend on. Now I have to wait for the entire weekend before anyone will even address my order issue. They do not hold to their core values: "We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our customers and diligently strive to build meaningful relationships. At MEDICAL MONKS we act with compassion, patiently treating others with respect and dignity, and never waver in the responsibility we have to our customers. The focus of this commitment is to create positive outcomes for the good of those in need.?" DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO!

    I am angered and frustrated - with Medical Monks - as their words of "earning trust" - and "caring" are a joke. It is very telling when their customer service rep refuses to provide the full name of the owner, places burden on me, tells me I must do things --- despite that they can verify how they have a policy to recklessly ship fragile medical supplies in a paper mailer. May 2024 -- Medical Monks sent me product damaged and placed the burden on me. They sent two fragile rolls of adhesive bandages (65.00 dollars worth) in a paper mailer - through USPS - of which crushed it and heat damaged it. - I explained to Medical Monks that this product should have been shipped in a cardboard box. -- Yet Medical Monks justify and defend using a paper (through USPS) mailer with which to send fragile medical supplies. They also refused to provide me the full name of the owner - only stating "****". — Yes, they put the burden on me - by instructing me to take photos and going through the process of obtaining a label, packaging it in another package - and going to the post office all with which to return it to them. -- I am baffled how you can justify shipping fragile medical supplies in a paper mailer. I don't work for Medical Monks -- so shame on your policies of putting the burden on the customer. --- and shame on Medical Monks - as you have also just deleted and blocked my honest experience review and blocked me from posting on their FB website. (I did a search I located two names “**** ******* & ***** *******”). Based on how Medical Monks had treated me - (despite this was YOUR problem due to your choice to mail fragile medical supplies in a paper mailer) ---- thus your statement on your website - “Your Satisfaction Is Our #1 Commitment” – and other similar "commitment to create a positive outcomes" & "Connect with us on Social Media" - Facebook -- are LIES.

    Been buying from Monks 6 years and generally happy with them. Besides delays with orders they are are NOT scammers. However their website is slow and often does not work well. I ended up placing an order over the phone because the site was down. I gave the rep the exact item number that I needed and she ended up inputting and shipping the wrong item. I did not realize that until I opened the box and used one. Upon realizing MM imputed and sent the wrong item I contacted them to exchange for the correct item. They said I could not return because I had opened the box. They acknowledged that the rep may have sent the wrong item but their position was that they sent two confirmation emails that had the wrong item number and I should have caught it. They offered a 50% return refund. I found that unsatisfactory. I am out $100 and Medical Monks just lost a client,

    They are cheaper than others and have "support" that likes to sound friendly, but ultimately this appears to just be a mismanaged warehouse with no accountability when they fail to ship products. *******, sure ... but make sure you order with well over a month of lead time or expect to be disappointed. I'm still not sure if/when my products will be delivered.

    I ordered ********* bandaid back in October and still haven't received anything! It's almost January!!
