I placed an order, order * ********* on 11/15/23. I have not heard anything from the company at all. I sent a follow up email on 11/21/23, just to get an update. On 12/2/23, I sent another email to cancel my order and issue a refund. As of today, 12/15/23, I still have not heard anything from the company. When I try to log into my account, I get a web error.Business response

Check your bank account first to make sure you paid anyone before jumping on the bandwagon and posting nonsense online. We never billed your card and this order was cancelled due to stock issue.Initial Complaint

Placed 2 orders with this company. Kept being promised delivery and never received products. I requested that they please cancel my orders. They sent email confirming orders were cancelled and they would issue a refund. Never received my money back and have attempted to contact them several times since with no response.Initial Complaint

Placed an order with them in April for a delivery in July. Emailed on July 31 and was told the order should’ve been delivered but that they didn’t have the stock to send a rush order and they would just cancel the order and issue a refund. I still have not received my refund and they are ignoring all communication from me. I spent 261 dollars on wedding favors and they just scammed me.Initial Complaint

On May 6th I placed an order for 40 “Cheers 50 Birthday Personalized Shot Glasses” with Best Price Favors. Total came out to $88.2 + 21.11 via Ground (5-15 biz days) + Production Time. Total $109.31 (includes $0.00 Tax) Deadline to deliver order July 16, 2023 Was set. 2 months after the order. Which is sufficient time to fulfill this order. On July 4th I emailed sales to inquire about the ETA about my order. I found out later in the response that they could not fulfill my order because they were sold out of the shot glasses I ordered. They offered a refund but I asked them if they had a replacement shot glass. They responded by telling me that they could fulfill my order mid August. I was satisfied with that given my event is not until September. Last week Friday, Aug 11, 2023 I sent an email to find out the ETA on the order. I received no response. Today Monday Aug 14 I sent a follow up email and received no response. I did a search on BBB and found multiple complaints on them with similar situations. This made me concerned so I emailed them again letting them know if I did not hear from them by tomorrow I would file this complaint. They seem to have gone MIA and have taken my money. At this point I don’t trust them and want a refund.Initial Complaint

On June 9, 2023 I ordered 175 wedding towels to be delivered as soon as possible. ***** ********** On June 30, 2023 I had not heard anything from this vendor and reached out to them via email. I received an email back that same date from ********* ** at [email protected]. She stated that the towels would be delivered in 2-3 weeks and I would receive a tracking number. On July 23, 2023 I reached out asking for an update on the order. I did not hear back. I emailed again on July 27, 2023 and I immediately got an email that my order had been cancelled and I my money was refunded. We are a week later and I still have not received my refund of $347.51.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order with Best Price Favors *********** on May 12th for 120 custom wine glasses to be delivered no later than June 5, 2023, along with a free proof prior to printing. I never received the proof nor the glasses, so I contact Best Price Favors on June 8th to cancel my order and receive a refund. Michelle R. responded, making every attempt to try to get me to keep my order. Realizing that it would not arrive in time for me to prepare for my event, Michelle R. finally cancelled the order, advising that the funds would be in my account “in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank”. I also received the attached screen shot. When the funds were not in my account as promised, I contacted Best Price Favors again on June 26th, at which time Michelle R said that “I am checking to see what happened here and make sure funds are in your account in a few business days. I am sorry for this issue.” Needless to say, July 7th came and I emailed again since I never heard back from Michelle. Still not having heard from Michelle R. I sent another email on July 10th. It is now the end of July and I still have not received my refund or heard back from Michelle. Meanwhile, the credit card I used for payment is accruing interest for an item I never received from the vendor.Initial Complaint

On April 13, 2023 I ordered 150 pairs of personalized sunglasses for my wedding favors. I requested them to be ordered by May 19, 2023 because my wedding is on June 16, 2023. On May 22, 2023 I emailed the business asking where my order was because I did not receive it yet. They responded to the email and said “ Your order will be shipping this week to be delivered by this weekend or early next week. Tracking will be sent in separate email.” Today is June 3, 2023 and I still have not received my order. I have reached out to the business through email many times as they do not have a phone number. I have not received a response since May 22nd and I have not received any information about my order.
