      I ordered all the favors for my wedding in March. I got the towels and the shot glasses and I'm happy with those Buti still have not received the rest of the order. It was one huge order so I assumed it would all deliver at the same time. They've told me it would be coming twice now and I still don't have it. I want the rest of the order or a refund by the end of this week.

      Good afternoon, I placed an order with Best Price Favors on 18 Dec 22 for my wedding, the funds came out of my account on 19 Dec 22. On 3 or 4 January I sent an email to the company, but I didn't receive it. They informed me that my order was not placed, and I requested a refund. On 13 Jan 23, I received an email that states: "Hi there. Your order on BestPriceFavors.com has been refunded* ***** ********* Total: $147.19" I waited but no funds were deposited into my account. On 29 Jan 23, I emailed them again letting them know I didn't receive it since they don't return any calls even when I left a message, but no answer by email or phone. On 13 Apr 23 I emailed them again and still haven't heard from the company. On 2 May 23 I emailed them again letting them know that I still have not received my refund. All I want is my money back. I have given them ample time to find out what happened. thank you

      ***** ********* was placed in December and funds paid from my account but the order was never processed.

      On 10 and 28 Jan,13 April, 2 May 23 I contacted your company about my  refund and I still have not received it. Michelle R said she was looking into it and will get back with me back in January but never did.

      I would like to know the date when I can expect my refund, I would like the refund deposited back into my account. I would like a response ASAP.

      From 1 January 2023 to 28 June 2023, I have not received any refund from the company or any response from my previous request on 31 May 2023 as to when they will refund me.

      I requested some custom towels on 12/19/2022 for my wedding in June 2023 to be delivered May 2023. I logged onto my account with Best Price Favors in March to check on the progress of the order and I noticed it was cancelled. I never received an email or call as to why it was cancelled. I reached out via email because that is the only contact method listed to ask why and to check on my refund since it had not been refunded yet. I received 1 email, attached in documents from a Michelle who said she would look into it. I never heard back and after multiple attempts to get an answer and refund via emails I have yet to receive a response or refund. This company owes me $191.50. I would like my money back asap.

      In early January 2022 I ordered 140 customized sunglasses and 80 paper fans as wedding favors. I was charged for $420.86 USD. I e-mailed Best Price Favors regarding my order number ******** a month later for an update and kept being told their sunglasses shipment had not arrived. In June 2022 I still had no update on when my order could be filled so I requested a refund since we would not be getting our favors in time for our wedding. I received a response and an e-mail advising our order was refunded on June 4th 2022 but have not received the funds back on our credit card to this date. I did not receive a response to my e-mail to Best Price Favors advising the refund had not been received.

      I ordered favors for my wedding last summer. They came in a while later, I loved them, our guests loved them they worked perfectly with our theme. I was very happy with the experience I had so I placed another order awhile ago for my inlaws anniversary party. They haven't arrived. If they're not going to be here I need a refund ASAP so I can purchase from someone else in time. I don't know what's happening or why they're late but I please need answers or a refund immediately. I really don't need this stress, I don't have the money to buy new stuff in case these things never show up so I'm stuck. Someone please tell me what's happening.

      There appears to be some miscommunication here. Email used in 2nd order is a different email, that's where tracking was sent for this order. Order has already been shipped out and will be delivered in 1-2 days. We will also be contacting you directly to inform about order delivery.

      I'm worried I won't receive my missing products and would like this company to send them at once. I placed a large order for my parents anniversary party back in January. I got some of the order but I'm still missing towels and candles. I don't have time to order from somewhere else. Reading these other issues I am now freaking out that I won't have them for the party. Please help me get my order, if it doesn't arrive by Saturday the party is going to be ruined.

      Transaction Date: 11/22/2022 I ordered 60pcs personalized compact mirror and 50pcs personalized hand sanitizer for $45.60 and $33.00, respectively, but didn’t receive the mirrors at all, and received only 45pcs of the hand sanitizer. I don’t mind missing 5pcs of the sanitizer, but not receiving the entire 60 pieces of compact mirrors and still being charged???? Not at all okay! I got really upset and sent them an email making them realize how unhappy I was, yet they had the audacity to be sarcastic. They promised to give me my money back, I was disputing for $48.90, they promised $41, but neither of those reflected on my Citibank statements and transactions. It’s been a couple months, I haven’t received any adjustment. I’m still being charged the total amount of $86.50. Attached are screenshots of emails and information necessary for this complaint.

      I made this purchase for champagne glass wedding favors and champagne candy containers for my wedding with best price favors on November 25, 2022 with a deadline to deliver order for 12-9-2022. I requested a proof for both orders and the website states that they would provide proofs for the items ordered. With the exception of an order confirmation email after I the placed the order I have not received any correspondence regarding the proofs. When I go into my profile, both orders say they are in “processing” status. That has not changed since I placed the order. When I inquired about the shipping time of both orders via their contact portal on their site on January 6, 2023 (almost a month after the orders were supposed to be delivered), I received a offline email from a person named Michelle stating that my order should have been delivered already and that they were investigating it and If I don’t get an update my next weekend that they would issue me a refund since they did not have my order in stock anymore (from the other BBB reviews, this seems to be a pattern). I have sent them multiple emails after that and have not received any response from the company. I am highly upset with their service and feel that they scammed me out of $529.34 for my first order ***************** and $51.21 for my second order ****** ** ********). From the looks of the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, it looks like I am not the only person that is getting scammed out of their money. This business is supposed to be providing prompt, trustworthy service. Engaging in these type of manipulating practices should be banned. I am requesting a refund as I no longer trust this company and their ability to actually provide the products that were requested and paid for.

      On October 21, 2022 I place an order for shot glasses and coasters as wedding gifts. By 11/7 I emailed them requesting an update on my order. I was then told that the shipment was delayed but it will be shipped out. On 11/12 I received an email stating they were still looking into what went wrong. They told me if something went wrong they would need to send a replacement. On 11/16 There was a mix-up and they were sending a replacement. I informed them I could not wait as these were gifts and needed a refund. They told me my order was refunded. To this date 12/2122 I still have not received my money back. My order was $134.05 they keep giving me excuses that it was refunded but it has not been. I just need my money back. They are a fraudulent company and obviously had no intention of sending my order. The person who I was in contact with was Michelle * ** **************************

      I purchased gifts for my employees for our holiday party. I've tried to call but can't find a phone number anywhere. I've emailed them but can't get a solid for sure answer. I'm counting on these things to make the party special, I don't want to mess this up and have a disaster to deal with. I need the items delivered by Thursday if not I need a refund asap since I will need to purchase elsewhere.
