      Moved in at mid November. Came in to wait for a delivery the day before I actually moved myself in. Walk in and bathroom ceiling was leaking all over my tub and floor. Reached out to maintenance and was told someone would come (it was a Saturday so I tried to give some understanding even though leak should be an emergency). It finally stopped and maintenance came a few days later. Put up some white dartboard around it while I wasn't home. It didn't fit everything but mainly covered up a lot of it but still left small area for leaks to get through. Look inside my tub and it has plaster debris in it and maintenance left behind for me to clean up. Also reported on the day I reported the leak that the floor had a crack in it and it felt loose. I made sure to report it immediately so as to make sure it could be checked as well as not blamed on me. Over a week goes by and finally maintenance comes. He goes and looks in the basement and informs me that the wood is all rotted through and unsafe. About almost a week later *** from the office comes and tells me maintenance cant fix it and they need a professional but having difficulty getting the right person to come lok at it. I walked her through the apartment to show her all the areas impacted. Some are worse than others. Finally another week later the professional comes to look at it and then *** calls me to tell me the damage is too severe to remain in the apartment so will need to move. They will waive the transfer fee. Nobody had lived in this unit for over 1 year and this is a very serious safety issue that continues to rot even more every day. I have withheld rent because it's unsafe. I have said I feel rent is owed but should be reduced. Instead of owning their neglect and moving me at their expense they want to go to court. Im prepared to get a lawyer and code enforcement if that's what it takes. This all happened before I moved in. It was and is substandard & safety *********** don't care

      Back in Nov 2023 my fridge broke down. I put in 2 maintenance request to replace the fridge. It took 6 months till I got a new fridge. Luckily during that time a friend gave me a hotel size one to use. I tried several times during that period to contact the main office. With no return calls. I had to take a day off to speak to the property manager. Every time I tried talking to call the office. It kept sending me to voice mail. Within the first month of the maintenance request. Was told a shipment of fridges were coming to replace many. When I asked how long. "Oh, they're coming. Don't worry. You'll be the first on the list." Weeks went by. Until around 6 months. I finally get a message from a maintenance. Telling me the shipment is here. But....it still took a week after that. Now, I've lived her about 3 years. Before the original owner sold to Birgo. Was told it would be very gradual increase in rent. Not a year after. My lease time when I moved in originally was coming up. I figured and even during the time of not having a fridge. The property manager said it shouldn't go up too much. Seeing that my place isn't remodeled like the empties were. No, I get a text and email from the property manager on June 23rd. Telling me I have till the June 30th to decide on 3 renewal options. Or I'm out. I find out another tenant was given 90 days. And their rent was around $60. My rent increase, with the 3 different renewals, a 30% or more increase. I feel I'm being forced to choose...or get out. So they can make changes. They don't care that about trying to help. Or give the required time to do something. They have already forced many out with these practices.

      I'm having absolutely no problems living in my apartment and I've been here for over 2 years and if I need to reach the property manager by email or text message I get a response right away and they are very good at communicating with their tenants and they respond right away no matter what the issue although I haven't had a single issue living here I love it where I live.

      I have been with this company for three months and am highly disappointed. There has been little to no communication since they took over and if you ask a question you get attitude and push back. All I want is a level of communication on what was changing and what wasn't. I asked these questions after our dumpster was overflowing and our common areas were a mess, things that were handles by the previous maintenance company. I had to ask multiple times about our flex pay accounts before I received an answer. I have a maintenance request that's been pending for over 30 days. They have scheduled two annual inspection dates and canceled them after I have rearranged my work schedule to be there.I understand things take time when new management takes over, but communicate effectively, follow up on things that need to be and stop inconveniencing your tenants.

      I can’t believe after the horrible experience I had while living there last year that I’m back on here to complain about them yet again. As if it wasn’t bad enough that my ceiling caved in damaging $2,500 worth of my property (which they only credited me $200 for) now they have the audacity to send me to collections for petty charges? They sent me an email stating that the charges would be covered by our security deposit and the remainder would be returned to us. Well, they sent me to collections because they didn’t use my security deposit to cover the charges AND they never returned my security deposit!! I can’t believe how terrible this company is. They stole my money and had the audacity to SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS? I already had a lawsuit in the works regarding the ceiling collapse with active mold exposure, that I decided to drop since they let me out of the lease early. But I am happy to contact my lawyer again for this issue.

      Didnt provide me with a habitable apartment. But had me pay the rent and security deposit. Maintenance steals. Property manager talks to tenants like she owns them and is above them.

Within a few days, we were able to resolve all maintenance issues and provided a safe, decent, and fully habitable apartment.

      I have been calling the main location for 3 weeks, each representative says the managers are out of office and they'll call me back- never do. I left my info for the 4th time.I was without hot water in November to December.I had pest control visiting every other week.No security cameras or lights outside.Violent neighbors who fight and yell all the time with no actions taken from leasing office- "they didn't report it" is their excuse and they want the other residence to take action instead.Men followed me to my building and harassed a female guest of mine.Beer bottles everywhere.Music played from every hour of the night, 4 AM to 2 AM Leasing managers phone is always off. She is unorganized and loved to send out eviction threats with no explanations.Maintenance paints and caulks over everything. They left a water heater outside in the rain for over a weekend, and didn't fix the building water till the following Tuesday.This property is disgusting- trash everywhere and dumpsters over filling.I had a pet die, I believe from the amount of pest spray, and I had to give my other cat away due to mobility issues, due to medical issues I could not continue to care or physically take my pet out of the unit every other week for pest control- I informed the manager, and I was still charged 2 months after for both pets. They put a credit of $100 on my account and I wasn't able to access it. I checked the account again- and it's gone.I talked with a case worker and they believe this place is riddled with legal issues and advised me to move and to report it.The managers from the location have not called me back.They still money, they throw eviction cares everywhere.I was mentally distressed for the entire experience.

At ************ (****************************************), we maintain security cameras on the premises and secured exterior doors, along with maintaining a relationship with law enforcement and carefully screening all residents for criminal background. Currently, we are leasing a temporary parking lot from a nearby church to provide overflow parking while we plan and construct an expansion to our existing parking lot. As we are leasing the lot, we are unfortunately unable to control the security or how it is managed by the owner. We are sincerely sympathetic to ************************* that their car was stolen from the said lot. For clarity, all of our residents were given parking passes for the temporary parking lot, including *************************. The existing spaces around The ******** are temporarily only for visitors and staff. We have and continue to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the temporary parking arrangement. We are working hard to create a permanent solution for the property.

      I just been in my place in lower burrell for a little over a month. I have reached out the company several times about things that are wrong and need fix at the townhouse we are in. The last tenants had broken the glass in the sliding glass door and used electrical black tape around the trim of the glass, the front porch light had a bird's nest in it, so when it gets dark, there is our side of front porch area is completely darken, we have things ordered and delivered, I told them in my report to maintenance that I am worried about the safe of others and my family, if someone should fall out there not being able to see. We also have a nice grassy patch off of the front porch, we have been wanting to put some chair out there to sit when it was warmer when we moved in, but the neighbor lets her dog shit all throughout the grassy patch, that we all have to skip around the grassy patch to not step in dog shit to get to our vehicles. While we are on that, there is not enough parking, and there are no assigned parking, these people are vultures over parking spots. One lady actually knocked on our door to have my husband move his car because its easier for her to park directly in front of her house. Telling us she has arthritis and back issues. Which I told her in return that my husband and I have the same fucking issues. Then after that she pulls out this rollator that she never used to try and seal the deal of her being priority for that parking spot. Like come the fuck on..... I am paid an arm and a leg to live in a nice upkeep townhouse, but they just ignore your request to have things remedied so nothing gets out of control, you know get worse than what it is. I was so happy when we first moved in. Now I feel cheated
