    Do not buy here. I bought a 2018 **** Escape from Sharps. Although the salesman was very nice the car has broken down 8 times in the 90 days Ive owned it. It has left me stranded on one dark road alone and twice on the interstate. The first time they were nice and came and got it and seemed concern. They told me the next day they fixed it and replace the coil pack and thermostat. I learned during a later breakdown they did not replace the thermostat. The second time it left me stranded was 2 days later on the interstate and the police had to get me and the car to safety. The 3rd time was several weeks later on the interstate and I had to have it towed 40 miles home. All 3 times it over heated. O began taking it towed another dealership and each time it was something different. I learned they had put the wrong antifreeze in the car, the oil dipstick was broken off down in the oil pan and the entire coolant system needed flush. The escape has broken down every 5 to 10 days since I bought it. Sharps owner told me they had it and drove it for a week! The salesman told me they got it in the day before I bought it. According to the vehicle history report sharps got it 2 days before I purchased it. So they lied. Ive contacted them and ask several times if I could return it or trade it on something else as the repairs are getting expensive. I was told no they dont do that. Now they ghost me and refuse to talk to me. As I write this review the Escape is currently on its way to my mechanic to be fixed again. It has yet another oil leak. My recommendation to anyone looking at a vehicle at sharps is dont do it. Do not buy from them. They will be nice as long as youre there buying but as soon as you leave they will treat you like garbage.

    Ms. ******* did buy a **************************************** ****** put over 1800 miles on her car before any issues started. We indeed drove 40 miles away from here to tow her vehicle. We absolutely did replace the thermostat and even put old one inside the vehicle. We do this with every customer to prove that the part was replaced. Ms. ****** decided to take her vehicle to a **** dealership when she had another issue. That was her choice and we are no longer involved. I also gave Ms. ****** 150 dollars towards her bill at ****. I absolutely drove this Escape for a few days, never said a week. We had this vehicle for over a week before she purchased the vehicle. We tried to help her in any way we could but she decided to take it to a **** garage instead. Thank you, ****** *****
