    If I could give a below 0 rating for Peterson's Waste Services I would. This is only the 2nd time I have ever been so upset and frustrated with a company to the point of giving a negative review. I have been loyal through all of their COVID related situations where they did not pick up trash for 3 weeks straight. At least once a month they do not pick and they do not refund you for the service that they did not provide. This Monday was a holiday and apparently they decided to still pick up on a holiday and when I contacted them to ask why mine wasn't picked up on Tuesday they indicated that they had "notified all customers" that they were picking up on Monday. By notify that was a post on their FACEBOOK page. Not everyone uses Facebook and if they do, they do not always check every single page. This is not okay.

    Peterson's is not reliable. They have had constant problems since the start of the pandemic. My trash bins have not been picked up for over 3 weeks. We pay for weekly service. They do not communicate with their customers but they can send out their quarterly bills on time. We have not been offered any sort of credit for the numerous weeks they've missed. They do not respond to messages or pick up their phone. They are constantly making excuses on their Facebook page for their continuous delays. Their equipment is constantly breaking and have a limited staff. They also advertise a recycling program but any recycling is dumped together with the trash in the same truck.

    I would leave ZERO stars if possible. The entire experience has been a nightmare. Trash pickup missed with NO communication to let me know of a reschduled date. In fact, there was no reschedule. I have a 1/4 mile long driveway and it's not easy to get the bins up and down. Trash sat there and blew all over the road with high winds. Company very non-responsive and did not EVER reschedule a missed pick up. Really horrendous service.
