    A Penske driver hit my parked vehicle. It was on a handicap parking spot right in front of a ***** Club store. He hit me and then just drove away. I had to follow chase him down. I have a vlaim pending and they ate fragging their feet. The claims adjuster is rude in his communications. It is by far the worst company I have dealt with. It seems as I was the one who was at fault. It's been over 2months and I'm still waiting.

    While renting a truck and trailer i was assured the trailer would.have the necessary straps to secure the vehicle I was hauling. It came with tie downs but they were far from sufficient to haul what I told them o was hauling. The dolly we got was broke. The straps wouldn't tighten like they were suppose to. They were just hobbled together to be there. This resulted in my wife getting hurt because it wouldn't secure the appliance properly. Towing with thier set up was nightmare.

    I purchased a commercial truck from Penske Used Truck Sales the end of Oct 2024. I took possession of the Unit on Nov 11, 2024. The process was being handled by Ms. ******** ****** of Penske sales team and Mr. **** ****** of Premier Finance, who I was referred to by Penske. Ms. ****** worked diligently to find me a good deal on a used 26 box truck. While Mr. ****** worked diligently to find me a lender to finance the Unit. Mr. ****** negotiated on my behalf with ******* and secured financing for me. I picked the Unit up from ******* on Nov. 11, 2024, and drove it to my place of business in *********** on Nov. 12, 2024. I reported a few issues to Penske the very next day and dropped the Unit off on Nov. 13, 2024, to ******* Freightliner in *****, **. Penske offers a 15 day if there is something wrong with the Unit, we will fix it on us. Storm ******** of Penske, is my service coordinator, she has coordinated the service repair of the Unit. Well, it has been 3 weeks now and the purchase of the Unit is costing me money due to the issues that I reported within in the first 2 days of being in possession of the Unit. So, if there are any other issues with the Unit after the initial 15 days, I wont be able to have them resolved because it is now day 22 of possession. On top of the mechanical issues with the Unit, there is an issue with the Titling of the Unit. The finance company, *******, uses a third-party ********************************************** to process their titles. This whole process is becoming a nightmare and very very costly. I have made phone calls, left voice messages, sent emails to Penske, Premier and CalFund and physically been to the repair shop and the local *** to resolve and seek some type of relief for this hardship. I havent been able to haul or do any business with the Unit, what am I to do but to give the Unit back to Penske and get a full refund.

    Penske Truck Leasing Tallahassee (7405) is preying on small businesses by charging for damages incurred by previous renters or by the employees (not sure). I started up a small business and needed a truck to fulfill a new contract I obtained through Lowes (Spirit). In my desperation I rented a delivery truck from Penske after being warned not to. The initial process started out rocky, as the truck was on a list of stolen trucks after I provided the *** number to my insurance company to obtain the necessary coverage prior to getting the truck. The insurance company even warned me not to rent this truck even after this was supposedly cleared up. Well, I wanted to seal the deal with ****** to start deliveries from Lowes. I went ahead and rented this truck, paying over $900 a week for the rental and it eventually increasing as time went on. After getting out of the truck, I received a bill for over $11,746 for God knows what? I spoke with Penske and agreed to pay for a damage that did happen while I was in the truck which cost a little to nothing compared to $11,746. I then receive a threatening letter from a debt collector (4 *********************************) formally demanding payment or there would be a motion to take the case to court. This was clearly a way of taking advantage of me and my small company while I am trying to provide for my family of 10 children. ******* Family Delivery Service ***********, **

    Reading all the one star reviews is priceless...There really should be a no star option because this company would be the last trucking rental company I would ever use. Received it with engine light on and the *** told me it's no big deal we get it three hours into my trip and it breaks down. repair man comes claims he fixed it after the 3 hours of waiting. park it to upload stay overnight to pick up an am load and here we are again now have waited 2 hours for a repair person to come and was told another 40 mins......what a joke the customer service people are idiots----- do not and I repeat do not use Penske ever!!!!!

    REPLACE THE WEBSITE IT ***** I JUST TRIED TO PRINT A RECIEIPT FOR SOMEONE AND IT JUST LAGGED OUT. THE WEBSITE HASN'T BEEN UPDATED SINCE 2014 AND IT JUST LAGS OUT.

    I was involved in a vehicle accident with a Penske truck on July ******* my vehicle had to be tow to the Body shop. Police report stated that the Penske truck driver was at fault from witness account. My 2021 ******** XT6 set in the Body shop for over three weeks waiting on Penske claim departments approval from the initial body shop estimate. Penske approved starting on repairs and sent first check directly to the body shop without my approval. There were two additional payments request to the estimate that Penske paid after numerous phone calls. I had to rent an automobile on July ******* till Sept. 28, 2024 before my vehicle was repaired. After numerous phone calls to Penske claims department I was reimbursed for the car Rental. I am still waiting on the devaluation of my vehicle due to the Accident. Penske claims department failed to return any phone calls unless I called Old Republic Customer claim department first. I have tried to contact multiple claim adjusters with Penske **************** but no one has called me back. I worked for a ***************** in the ** as owner representative for 35 years and I would always return phone calls. I do not like making complaints on Corporations, but when they show no respect in returning my calls i felt need to voice my complaint. Sincerely,***** *****

    I bought 2 trucks years ago with Penske. Now that I tried to buy another It's been nightmare. First truck allegedly didn't pass the level 2 inspection. 2nd truck got somehow sold after I agreed to buy it. The 3rd truck i offered to buy it with same mileage, year, specs is somehow $4000 more now.

    We rented a 16 truck for a cross country move. On day 1 the truck broke down in the middle of ********. We had to wait for another truck to get brought to us to move alllll of our stuff to the new truck. We had spent hours meticulously packing everything into the first truck and were not confident it would fit again. Penske sent 2 guys to do the transfer and they tossed our stuff into the new van like it was garbage. They broke so much stuff. We filed a claim and were promised a call back within 5 business days, it has been 7 and we havent heard back. Every single time we call, we get hung up on while on hold at least once. We returned the truck and were charge $500 more than originally quoted and none of the customer service agents can seem to tell us why. Never renting Penske again and I will warn others to avoid them as well.

    I rented a truck from this company and ot only was it not properly maintained but had damage to it when I picked it up(Unbeknownst to me). Rain ended up getting into the truck and damaging some of my goods. I filed a complaint with their claims department and they completely ghosted me. What's the point of buying extra insurance if they don't pay it out? Talk about a scam
