              Have been paid subscribers for over 20 years of the Reading Eagle newspaper.. Over the past few years. we have had numerous problems with our delivery of the paper. I have contacted the customer service number and voiced my concern and sometimes we would receive a redelivery or credit. Now they will no longer guarantee a redelivery. i am told they will request a redelivery and send a message via computer to the district manager. and delivery manager to help resolve the problem. Nothing has been resolved! I have also requested a follow up call from the District manager to no avail.Supervisor of customer service will not give me a name or number of someone else above him to voice my concerns. Do not know where else to turn for help with our issue.Thank you,**************

              was getting 7 day paper for over 40 years. carriers where all great. but this new company is running the business into ground, from all the reviews i'm seeing. i received my normal bill, paid it along with a note to cancel my subscription. paper was still being delivered, received 2 more bills sent each back with only a note to cancel my subscription, no response from them, paper still being delivered. 10/11/22 called customer service was transferred to accounts receivable [S], explained this to him, he said they don't except cancelations that way, must call by phone, ok. cancel weekly & just give my Sundays, ok with both of us. he said bill would be $82.36,OK SEND ME THE BILL. 10/18/22 I get a call from someone else saying I'm past-do for $90.?? told him my bill is $82.36 per [S] this person said he sees that & if I pay it right away he can give me a deal. I told him I'll pay it when I see a bill. 10/25/22 still NO bill. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS WITH A CARD, I'm glad I don't.
