After 40 years of having water leak into our basement, we decided to finally do something about it. Lon was the person who came to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The team of workers were on time for the scheduled date and finished our basement job in a day. We are pleased with the work done. Our basement has been dry and water free even though we have had some very bad rainstorms. It has made a big difference in our home. We would recommend them to anyone!

Brett B***** and his crew did an absolutely great job. Brett was an awesome person, very open to talking about everything, very professional but also very real and down to earth with us. He called both days about 30 minutes prior to their arrival and arrived at the time we were told they would be there. When they arrived on the first day he introduced himself and we went to the basement where he assisted in cleaning up the remaining areas so they could complete the work. He also explained how the work was going to progress and made suggestions for us to make sure we were comfortable during the work. The crew did not mess around and got right to work both days they were extremely communicative with us. Each time we asked a question or walked downstairs he took the time to show us the progress and what he was doing. He took the time to talk to us about a built-in cedar closet that has emotional connections to the family because of who built it. He took his time and did what needed to be done to complete the work but did an awesome job not breaking anything that did not need to be removed for him to complete the work. He took the time to work a solution out for an existing drain that was located in the front of the house and came up with a better more professional-looking result. The first day they had the floor dug up and ready to do the actual drainage system install. Today they hung the waterproofing wall coverage and poured the concrete back over the dug-out portion. Brett took the time to show us some issues he had repouring the concrete due to the age of the house (1880s) floor being uneven and made of different types of concrete and brick. He also showed us an area he couldn't seal exactly as he wanted it but took the time to show us the solution which was perfect, understandable, and made sense. He took the time to show us how the pump functions and how to test it if we want to. At the end of the day the project when the project was completed they cleaned up everything they brought, answered all our questions and left us an extremely satisfied customer. They completed the work a day quicker than they originally estimated which was amazing with the quality of the work they completed. We live in the City of Harrisburg which always causes hesitations with contractors because of issues with parking and general space issues. They were great and worked with us without any complaints. Hopefully, they will never have to come back out but if we ever need anything like this done again at another property we will definitely be using this company.
