    Paid over $700 for the deep clean package of our new home and boy was it a huge RIPOFF! They charged our credit card for the full amount before even starting cleaning, which I thought was weird.We had called ahead to ask about carpet cleaning, which they said they did. Then they forgot to bring the carpet cleaner and wanted to charge us extra when we asked about it. We were expecting a cleaning team or something but no, it was a man and what Im assuming was his 14 year old son who clearly did not want to be there (cant blame the kid). Thats what we got for $700.Then they leave for 2.5 hours to get the carpet cleaner. I have no idea why it took them that long. Thankfully when the man returned he brought another person with him. So then they get started like 3 hours late. They cleaned for four hours and then bounced while my fianc was in the bathroom without checking with him on the work first. During the cleaning my fianc had to ask them to clean things again because they did a half-assed job. If we had paid for the regular cleaning, whateverbut we paid extra for the deep cleaning package. Then, they almost missed the upstairs bathroom because they clearly didnt read the details we included in our quote.We complained and the same initial dude came back by himself and cleaned an additional 1.5 hours at his regular half-assed level and then bounced again.Definitely not worth even HALF of what we paid. Who brings a child to do their job for them? Ill be posting this review everywhere I can including BBB to make sure no one else falls for this SCAM!All the good reviews must be from friends or something because they were so unprofessional I cant imagine them being real. And if you read all the good reviews, they all kinda start the same way. Also, the business card they gave us before they left to give to our friends (fat chance) had a slightly different company name so I wonder if they just switch names once they get enough bad reviews.
