            According to information supplied by the company, the United States Hot Air Balloon Team began business in June 1987. Mr. Stanley Hess is the President. The Bureau opened its file in October 1994. The Company's headquarters are in St. Peters PA but it conducts all flights from the Rockvale Square Outlet at Routes 30 & 896 in Lancaster, PA. In November 1998 Balloon Flights Above America, Inc. entered into an agreement to sell the assets of the company to Stanley Hess, an active partner of the United States Hot Air Balloon Team. The Team is attempting to honor all gift certificates presented however they ask the holder, since many of the records are incomplete, to accept new discounted flight certificates in the name of choice.

              We had a balloon ride scheduled for 10/26/2022 that was cancelled due to weather. Understandable, as it was rainy. I called later that day to request a refund because their next availability wasn't for two weeks, and we were leaving the area in 3 days. They said it takes 7-10 business days to receive a refund. It has been 15 business days, no refund. I've called and left 3 messages, and no call backs. We paid a total of $583.00.

              Wanted to take my 84 year old father on a ride for his bucket list. Arranged the date and paid in full. Received a call the day before stating the pilot would not be available due to personal reasons. Asked for a refund and have not received one. No one will answer the phone or call me back. Very disappointed.
