Name of Company: JP Construction 72 Hill Road Sewickly, PA 15143 Date of signing contract April 17, 2024 Owner of Company ****** ***** the list of responsibilities grading of the backyard and the rest important was the grading of the backyard ***** claimed was an expert for the job This portion of the contract was not even addressed for over a month. ***** does not do any of the jobs he is old He hires temporary workers Just before this contract he had our gutters replaced that is how we knew him The gutter work was quite suspicious, the man who worked did not know a word of English, mostly worked in jet black nights with a headlight on his head A petite woman also foreign was working with him! Subject of complaint is for 2d contract to perform a list of different repairs or construction exterior. even couple of work out of 21 work of the * that he had attempted are mostly defective, unfinished he and any of men have not been here more than 7 days and even that not full days Mr. ***** kept sending texts to my phone that did not make sence, not sure if he is under influence of some substance mental issues or any other problem His messages are strange ontradictory His contract was for $10,000 he has received 1/2 upfront and was suppose to receive the rest on completion. He kept asking for money new addition to * not showing up to work the job he had said will take a few days is in the 2d month. He kept approaching our neighbors and getting them under contract too I did not know how to force this man either to do and finish his job or quit In one message he accepted a deadline of 10 days and did not show up and eventually he message wanted to quit I accepted because the part he attempted were defective and now I have hired another contractor to repair and finish his fence/gate and railing work that he left defective and not finished I do not want others suffer financial loss, having to deal with a person not competent or trustworthy l give HIM ZERO STARS
