      On December 4, 2021 I purchased a Mantis 3550 electric tiller on ******.com sold by ******. The webpage for the tiller advertised 1-year warranty. On Saturday November 12, 2022 the plastic throttle handle on the tiller snapped in two, rendering the machine inoperable. I contacted Mantis Customer Service to request warranty service on November 14, 2022 first by telephone at ###-###-####, and then per their instruction by email. Mantis replied that they do not have the parts to affect the necessary repair, but may have them at some unspecified time in the future. I responded their reply was not acceptable, and asked them refund my purchase price so that I can purchase a replacement tool. Mantis has not replied to that request. See screenshots of the email correspondence with Mantis Customer Service. Please note that this tool is not a toy or hobby for me. I maintain a garden in order to feed myself. The tiller is a critical tool for doing that work.

      I contacted Mantis over the phone and through email in April 2021. I was only able to get through to someone by email. I informed Mantis that my new battery operated tiller would not operate so I was contacting them for a replacement under warranty. They notified me to take it to a repair shop over an hour from my home, which I did. The repair shop has also been waiting on a replacement for over a year. I contacted Mantis again through email and they informed me that they were going to send me an electric tiller and weed eater in its place. Once I returned the email then they said those two items were out of stock. I contacted them again a week ago and still no reply. I notified them that this tiller is for my farm business and I need a replacement asap. They obviously sold the replacements they had already told me about right from under me. I  expect them to send me a replacement immediately or send me a refund of the original purchase price. Waiting over a year is unacceptable.
