I had scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in to get an appraisal report and when I came I explained to the gentleman that I was just looking right now and I was not interested in selling to we buy any car right now I was just there to get an appraisal for my vehicle and I had just starting looking. The gentleman said he appreciated my honesty. He then asked for a copy of the title of my vehicle and of course I felt this was unnessary because I did not saying I was selling my vehicle at this time only reviewing and get appraisal reports. I could see if I said i was selling of course then you need the title information but on the first communication outcome I expressed only appraisal, My vehicle is a 2016 sport vehicle with brand new tires, oil change and maintenance fo the car kept up to date and I know my vehicle is appraised any where between ******* to ******* used. I have never had any issues with any air or heat conditioning in this vehicle and he came back and stated the air is blowing hot air this was an alert to me because I had just had my car serviced about a month ago and their was no issues and that is when he tried to get me the less of all the appraisals I had received of less than ******* which is a joke to me, because the reviews that I had read prior to coming to the company was correct because they stated that this company tries to diminish everything that you know to be fact. This is not a good company to go to in order to get an accurate appraisal. They will attempt to give you less the seller and then go and sell your car for double to triple its value please be aware of this company

ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO....filed the criteria online, spoke to the manager the next morning reviewed everything with her. I asked how often do you get what is shown online, she replied "it depends how honest you were when you completed the questions." (should have been my sign). Husband arrived for the appointment 10min early, she drove the car came back could not get the hood open, claimed we lied it had to have been wrecked. When she could not find damage, she then said that the motor had a lower end knock but then said it could be the upper. Tried to offer half of the original offer, I said not interested. My husband is a 25yr mechanic he told her that there is not a motor knock she claimed she could hear it. Its just a scam, lucky for me I walked away because I have the knowledge of the vehicle, however how many people have you taken advantage of that think they are doing the right thing.
