      Even though I feel like they low-balled me.. they were very fast and efficient and getting me taken care of.. my Saturn SC1 was in relatively great condition I was just forced by circumstance to get rid of it quickly which these guys did well.. I just hope they don't crush it or part it out because that car doesn't deserve it

      ***** at the ************, ** location contacted me over 5 times to get my teen son to come in and sell him our car. I explained we had a written quote for CarMax for $1700. He finally agreed to match after calling his contacts in **. What should have been a quick 30-minute deal, turned into over a hr ...only for him to pull back the offer. He said car was only worth $600 and he had to call PA to get them to approve. yada yada car sales... PA would not match... Unethical dude. Unethical company. DO NOT waste your time. We sold the car for $1700 to someone else. Way to treat a teen!!

During our professional appraisal of the ********** Jetta, we discovered that the vehicle was the base S model with manual transmission, not the ** trim as initially disclosed online. This difference significantly affects the vehicles market ******** addition, our diagnostic inspection revealed several issues that go beyond what we consider fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and mileage:ABS Light was illuminated Airbag/SRS Light was illuminated Traction Control Light was illuminated Our OBD-II diagnostic report identified the following fault codes:U1017 ABS brake control module Read out DTC (53271)1325 Control Module for Tire Pressure Monitoring (J502): No or Incorrect Basic Setting / Adaptation 290 ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Rear Left (G46): Signal Outside Specifications These issues were not disclosed during the online appraisal process, which led to a discrepancy between the initial estimate and the final offer.       It was a pleasure to work with *** at webuyanycar.com. After receiving an online quote, I was contacted by ***** who explained what to expect when I meet with ***. On arrival, *** went about evaluating my car. She drove the car, documented and photographed it showing the current conditions. This took about an hour. Then she went about evaluating it and eventually made me an offer. When I countered her offer, she informed me that she had uploaded her review and vehicle photos and her team is involved in the negotiation. As the negotiation process continued, we went back and forth.Eventually, I informed *** what my bottom line will be and that I will not accept anything below. She continued her chat with her team and eventually, they came around *** we reached an acceptable settlement for my car.I am very impressed with their process. *** made sure to keep me informed as she went about her review and documentation. It took a while to get through but that shows their commitment to take into account the customer's perspective as ******* thanks to *** for her professionalism and determination to exhaust all possibilities to make the sale happen. Kudos to her team too for chiming in and helping *** with the valuation and negotiation process.I definitely believe their process was fair and quite an innovative way of selling ones vehicle in the secondary market. I am happy to rate them 5 stars.
