            Hello my name is *********************************. ************. I have been calling the CSR over seas in Columbia for the past 3 weeks filing complaints of not receiving my newspapers. Nothing ever gets done and when I request a supervisor I am told no. I am told the representative will have a paper delivered to me and I get nothing. I call back and the same thing starts over of the rep not transferring me to a supervisor and I am told res a sure they will escalate the complaint and then extend the paper by a day. Now it’s been three weeks and no paper no phone call from the company explains what has happened nothing from them and still no paper. This company outsources their CS department and they will not give you a number for the company here in the USA. This company has stolen my money and I want something done about it. Three weeks of no paper and three weeks of calling is not doing me any good. My address is *** ******************** ** Pocono Lake PA.

            Last winter, a snowplow hit our newspaper box and completely destroyed the box and the entire pole mount. I have left months of voice messages and texts requesting a full replacement. No answer to any request. The carrier had been placing the paper in our mailbox but the mail delivery person is now just throwing the paper on the ground. Winter is coming and we need a paper box. I cannot offer a picture, as there is nothing left to photograph.

            I have contacted the Pocono Record for the last 2 yrs to please stop mailing me their Newspapers being I don't Subscribe to them and also I have never applied or asked for them to send them to me via USP Mail and when I call them which has been on many occasions I am told they will stop mailing them and it only gets worse now with more arriving
