Our basement recently flooded. It was utterly disgusting. We did our best to perform the cleanup but we needed professionals. Our insurance company recommended Un-Flood-It as their go-to flood restoration company.They came to our house in a short period of time, were very empathetic, and most importantly...listened. When we were done, they let us know exactly what they would need to do and when they would do it. After the shock of the flooded basement, the certainty of what needs to be done, and having it done by professionals, was a relief.The next day a crew came, removed all the contaminated items, salvaged what was salvageable, and set up equipment to dry out the basement. A very impressive job. The equipment was in our house for three days to remove excessive moisture, kill any particulates in the air, and simply ensure the basement was clean. On the last day, a crew stopped by to pick up the equipment. The technicians were very knowledgeable about their job and were patient with our questions.Though we lost our finished basement, knowing the cleanup was done correctly by professionals gives us confidence for the eventual rebuild. 100% recommended.Services: Sewage cleanup, Mold inspection, Flood restoration, Mold remediation, Flood cleanup, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
