With regard to Angel Heating & Cooling, its expertise, competence, quality of work, post-sale customer service, value (for the price paid from a customer’s perspective), price, are SO top notch that they exceeded my expectations as a customer. Last summer (2022), Mr. Gramlich of Angel proposed a genius plan to overhaul the HVAC system of my rental townhouse in East Falls area of Philadelphia. It was to set up a first independent HVAC system for the first floor and basement, set up a second independent HVAC system for the third and second floor, and add the needed ductwork and supply vents to achieve adequate delivery of heating and air-conditioning to, for example, the long-under-serviced third floor and the newly incorporated basement. I call the plan “genius,” because Mr. Gramlich, upon surveying the townhouse, made a smart guess that there must have been a closet big enough (to house all the equipment for the second HVAC system) behind one side of the wall of the third floor. He was so right, which makes the whole plan possible! The whole implementation was smooth and issue-free. Angel’s post-sale customer service is also first class, First, Mr. Gramlich recommended, and had a technician install, Google’s smart Nest controls to replace the conventional controls for both HVAC systems. Now I can remotely monitor both systems with ease from anywhere. Second, in two occasions, Mr. Gramlich responded to my inquiries effectively and timely in having devised and implemented solutions, which include adding supply vents to the basement and the third floor, to improve heating and cooling of the respective areas. In both occasions, Angel either did not charge me, or gave me a beyond-reasonable price, for which I am grateful as a customer. To sum up, my experience with Angel has been a total blast sofar. Angel is indeed a firm that I can count on, and therefore I will continue to hire same, for my future HVAC needs.

We recently purchased a house and ended up with having to fix our AC in our first month of living here. I googled hvac companies near me and found Angel as well as several other companies. Angel was the first to schedule and come over. They found the problem, gave as an estimate and we agreed that we would let them know asap as the heat is getting worse each day. After we gathered 2 other estimates we could clearly make our decision. So happy we chose them! The technicians did a great, clean job, and Olivia and Leilani at front desk were the sweetest! Angel's price was fair and their service was A+. I'm keeping their contact and I'll make sure I'll recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you for keeping us cool!

I had a wonderful experience with Angel, Manny came out to fix my AC and was extremely knowledgeable and showed me how to change the filter. We are first time homeowners and we thought we would be hit with a large repair but they were competitively priced compared to the other quotes we received. When we called to schedule the repair we spoke with Sophia who got us on the schedule the next day and also let us know about some coupons on their website that saved us a few dollars. I will be using Angel for all our HVAC needs from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about Angel. I called at 9pm after my heat stopped working in the house with a brand new baby. I got a live person right away and i was scheduled for the next morning ay 8am! The technician went out of his way to get the necessary parts that day to fix my heat and get me up and running.
