    Almost identical to another complaint i see here on BBB. I received a random phone call from a Palace rep named ** who questioned me about our business glove needs. Of which I stated that we already have a national supplier for our gloves. They tried to push some "sample" gloves on me, which i did not want. Now weeks later, I received an invoice ($632) for 36 pairs of gloves that we did NOT receive. I called the customer service number and the guy argued with me that we DID receive them from *** (we only have 3 employees, so its extremely easy to know that we did not). Regardless, we did NOT order anything from this company, never agreed to anything (we don't conduct business without Purchase Orders anyhow). This guy on the other line was calling me a liar and said that he would drive to us to pick up the gloves, but i told him AGAIN that we did not have any gloves! He said he would talk with *** and figure it out, I told him that is fine but I am NOT paying this invoice. What a sad world we live in that someone would be this low of a human being to scam people like this. I never ordered from Palace, I never agreed to receive anything, I never agreed to do any business with them at all. Now calling about an invoice and I am called a liar?? This is bad business 100%. The invoice will not be paid, I have notified our legal department at corporate, and any further discussion can be directed to them.

    On January 24, 2023 communication with ********************* was made.  After going over their inventory, ********************* said he would need Size Large Atlas Perfect Gloves, which were shipped out .  On the phone he claimed that he never received the gloves.  But, a *** Proof of Delivery shows that he is not telling the truth about any of his complaint.

    Regardless what he claims, if a customer does not like a product, all they have to do is call us and arrangements ( Call TAG) will be made to pick up the merchandise.

    The invoice needs to be paid or merchandise pick it up.  Attached, please find the *** proof of delivery.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This is simply false information.
    As you will see from the invoice and their delivery file, they claim to have sent 36 pairs of Large gloves yet the package only weighs 5 lbs. At 2268 grams per 5 lbs of weight, 36 pairs of gloves would mean that each set weighs only 63 ounces (this is also not including the box weight itself). 
    I have attached a photo of a similar type of glove to what they claim to have sent; as you see this pair weighs in at 79 grams. 
    36 pairs of these gloves would mean the package should weigh in at over 6.26 lbs (again this is not counting the box or any tags or packaging).
    The math does NOT add up.

    Additionally, i looked up these ***** *** gloves and found that they sell with a MSRP of $39.99/dozen; that is $3.33 a pair.
    This invoice is charging at a rate of $16.95 a pair (a 509% mark up). 
    Even IF one was to purchase these gloves from somewhere, WHY would ANYONE in their right mind pay that?

    As this is not the 1st entry of an almost identical nature turned into the BBB against this company, one should deduce that there is fraud involved.

    This is a 100% fraudulent claim and I have contacted our legal team, they have all the documentation, and any further discussion can be made through them at **************.

    Good Morning,

    If the customer is not happy with the product, price etc.  We will pick up the merchandise at our cost.  Going forward, no contact will be made to this customer.

    We received NO PRODUCT period.

    Nothing was ordered from Palace and nothing was received.

    We have never done business with this company and never would have, all of our equipment is already sourced from our national vendor, additionally we do not conduct purchases without Purchase Orders.

    BBB please look at past complaints and see that this is fraud.
