      I would be bold enough to call this event an outright scam. Purchased VIP tickets and Im still asking myself for what?! I did not receive any of the promised goods from getting VIP tickets (badge, event pin, build) There is no other reason for it other than stealing another $15 a person from you. Almost ever vendor you see advertised is not there. The event mostly consisted of a few themes scattered about with tables set up with dirty bricks to build with. Other than that it was aimed at selling you overpriced merchandise. Wouldnt recommend this event to a single soul.

      Purchased tickets for a total of $71.46 on December 27, 2022 for an event in Indianapolis for May 20, 2023. The “convention” was a JOKE. Very few activities and overpriced **** sets (upwards of 20% over normal prices). There is almost nothing to see and NOTHING worth the ridiculous prices of “VIP” admission. The entire event is a scam.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The event-exclusive build is an absolute joke. Putting 8 **** pieces together is not exclusive, nor worth the steep price of admission. The pin is the only thing that might actually be worth something, but not $38 a person. Its interesting that tickets are automatically non-refundable. It's as if they know that people will be disappointed. Judging by the number of complaints, there is no learning and growing, but there continues to be questionable business practices, including swindling **** fans out of their money.

      On May 13th me and my son attended to Brick Fest Live at ****************** in Novi MI. Before buying the tickets I saw their advertising video or promo which includes a nice set-up for kids to play with *****, decent amount of people, pretty much a festival I was confident my 4 y.o can enjoy it. Unfortunately it was the opposite, they just have tables with no intension for kids, overcrowded even though they ask for time for you to arrive, we paid for this VIP experience but our experience was for only 30min because my son was unable to enjoy any of what they advertise. My son is pretty advanced on ***** so he knows what to do but again this place between been overcrowded and their set-up wasn't what they are selling. Last thing is they didn't have a nice set-up but they had booths of windows, finish basement, roof, etc to sell.

      I purchased tickets to go to brick fest live on December 21 2022. Along with the tickets i bought an add on pack that cost $99.99. The event was on January 15 2023 and I went to that, it wasn’t worth the money I paid for that either but i let that go thinking I would still get the add on pack later. On January 11th I emailed them because I didn’t know if I was suppose to get the add on pack at the event or if it was going to be shipped and that’s when they let me know it’d be shipped out, so I waited for it to come. Every few weeks since then I have attempted to email them to get some sort of update as to when it would be shipped, finally April 14th I got an email with a tracking number for usps saying it was going to be shipped. Even to this day when I click that tracking number all it says is “label created”. So April 22 I emailed again asking for an update and they told me “Your order has been pack and getting ready to be out of our door for shipment”. And I still haven’t received any update, or package, and the link to the tracking number still says “label created”. Every time I email them within the past two weeks they ignore me. I have tried emailing from other emails and get the same thing, even tried through ******** messenger and they won’t answer or give me any sort of update. I know it asks for a resolution below but I want to add either delivery of the items or a refund would be fine with me at this point.

      I attended brick fest at the ** science center 2023 and I was not given the collectable pin which the staff told me was mailed to me even though the ticket clearly had a qr code for the item. The event is sparce for the space there is barely any ***** displays at the event the space is horrible for such an event. I would like the collectible pin that was part of the vip package.

      Went to Brickfest in Columbus,OH during January, 2023. Purchased 2 VIP tickets for my partner and I. When we were handed our badges, I asked about the swag bag and exclusive build. I was told and I quote "It will be mailed to you" no one else was given bags at the event that I could see either. Tried to make contact via Instagram and no response. Very disappointed.

      I purchased the VIP with add on bundle for 1/18/23 in Tulsa, OK. At arrival I asked about my VIP package and no one knew what it includes! Also they informed me that the bundle will be mailed to me, which we have not received, so we walked around for 15 minutes in an un organized room and left disappointed, with no swag bags, no limited bundle package and no one to express our disappointment to! I would like to get at least a partial refund for the lack of VIP experience and either my bundle sent to me or a refund on that also, please. I have my confirmation email with reference number if needed. Thank you

      I purchased four VIP tickets to Brick Fest Live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Saturday 1/17/23. Brick Fest Live offered a few Add-Ons to the tickets for an additional cost. I purchased the Add-on **** Bundle #1-MIL: **** ****. When I arrived at the event, the people scanning the tickets said the Add-On would be shipped to my home address. I have yet to receive the Add-On. The cost of the Add-On was $37.99 USD.I would like to receive the Add-on **** Bundle #1-MIL: **** ****. If that is not possible, I would like a refund.Thank you.

      on 3/20/23 I bought 3 **** Gamers and only one came. I spent 27.96 on all three I emailed the company 3 times with no response; 1st email 3/27, 2nd 3/28 and 3rd on 3/29.
