Bought tickets to Brick Fest Live ******** in late August. Son was looking forward to it for four months and was really excited to attend today. We showed up and there was no event no signs nothing. Not communication over the past month. They resent tickets on 24th Nov and we show up to no event. According to other sites it was cancelled. NO notification from them whatsoever and no refund automatically given. Don't attend a Brick Fest Live event these guys are not a reputable company and don't know how to effectively communicate cancellations. We travelled to the event as well. Shame on them for letting down children and wasting time and money on new years eve.Business Response

I pre-ordered tix with a "discount" code that ended up being nothing different then ticket prices the day of the event. The advertised amusements listed for BrickFest were NOT setup/available we did not receive any VIP extras, shwag, or experiences, so what's the point of buying VIP? This event was somewhat organized-chaos meets "sorry"; the only saving grace was the people in full costume to interact with. There were also no concessions available which was also advertised on the website, flyers, texts, and social media posts. This even was disappointing due to the expectations preemptively put out by the company/advertised compared.to the actual experience and lack there of. No pit of *****. No mini golf area. No VIP specialties/entry for purchasing VIP. No meet-n-greets as advertised with Master Builders from the TV show. Just an all around let-down, poor setup, and not a good experience. The staff was very nice & friendly but the rest was horrible!Business Response

I attended an event and purchased two of **** Super-Bundle for myself and the guest that I brought with me on 9/24/23. The day of the even was on 10/21/23 and I asked about the bundles that had been purchased. I was told that the bundles are being shipped out after the even because of an issue they had and will receive it in the mail within 7 days. On 10/29/23 I emailed them asking for an update and when will the bundles be shipped out. The company responded on 10/30/23 and stated that Thank you for reaching out to Brick Fest Live! We apologize for the delay in delivering the add-on **** product order purchased with your Brick Fest Live tickets. Please be assured that we value your business and are working hard to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. I placed an order on 9/28/23 for a **** set on brickfestshop.com, which for all the info I can find, leads back to this same company, Brick Fest Live. The email that advertised this item was from Brick Fest Live as well. I paid $11.75 for this item. A label was created on 10/2/23, but item was never given to USPS. I emailed the shop info email on 10/6/23 and got a response the next day saying they were forwarding this to their Ecomm Department and I would hear back in 24 hours. It is now 10/20/23 and I've sent an additional 3 or so emails with no response, other than automated replies that I will hear something back within 24 hours. USPS still doesn't have this item. I know things happen, and it's not a huge amount of money, but at this point it's the just the principle of the matter. Don't just ignore me like my money doesn't matter.Business Response

We did not receive the VIP bag or pin that other locations received or anything other than entrance. I could have bought general admission tickets for the exact same thing. Scam. Essentially I paid to look around for 10 mins and leave. We were there no more than 10 minutes and we had completed everything. I do not recommend this event at all. The Brickfest event was hyped up as this amazing event. I paid $188 to go with VIP tickets and was shorted. We drove five hours for this event and booked a hotel. I would be bold enough to call this event an outright scam. Purchased VIP tickets and Im still asking myself for what?! I did not receive any of the promised goods from getting VIP tickets (badge, event pin, build) There is no other reason for it other than stealing another $15 a person from you. Almost ever vendor you see advertised is not there. The event mostly consisted of a few themes scattered about with tables set up with dirty bricks to build with. Other than that it was aimed at selling you overpriced merchandise. Wouldnt recommend this event to a single soul.Business Response

Purchased tickets for a total of $71.46 on December 27, 2022 for an event in Indianapolis for May 20, 2023. The “convention” was a JOKE. Very few activities and overpriced **** sets (upwards of 20% over normal prices). There is almost nothing to see and NOTHING worth the ridiculous prices of “VIP” admission. I am rejecting this response because:
The event-exclusive build is an absolute joke. Putting 8 **** pieces together is not exclusive, nor worth the steep price of admission. The pin is the only thing that might actually be worth something, but not $38 a person. Its interesting that tickets are automatically non-refundable. It's as if they know that people will be disappointed. Judging by the number of complaints, there is no learning and growing, but there continues to be questionable business practices, including swindling **** fans out of their money.

On May 13th me and my son attended to Brick Fest Live at ****************** in Novi MI. Before buying the tickets I saw their advertising video or promo which includes a nice set-up for kids to play with *****, decent amount of people, pretty much a festival I was confident my 4 y.o can enjoy it. Unfortunately it was the opposite, they just have tables with no intension for kids, overcrowded even though they ask for time for you to arrive, we paid for this VIP experience but our experience was for only 30min because my son was unable to enjoy any of what they advertise. My son is pretty advanced on ***** so he knows what to do but again this place between been overcrowded and their set-up wasn't what they are selling. Last thing is they didn't have a nice set-up but they had booths of windows, finish basement, roof, etc to sell.Business Response
