I called to ask about the dumpster and price. I was given the $540 price without explaining the different sizes available. The dumpster was scheduled for Friday, July 7th but it was delivered on July 8th in the evening. I called the number on the truck for removal on July 28th. They never picked up by the time I got home at night. So I called on Monday morning to find out why it was still in my driveway. The lady on the other line told me that I never called and was very rude implicating that I was lying. she said no matter my complaint they have to charge extra. I explained that the dumpster was not even half full. Eventually, she discovered that I called the number on the truck. then she said even though I called the wrong number you still have to pray extra, and she doesn't care if I called the wrong number. There was no explanation that a specific number had to be called. Then requested that I should allow them to leave it in my driveway till Thursday, August 3rd. I protested and said if I could hold it then they cannot charge me extra. They picked it up on Tuesday, August 1, and sent me a bill for a 1-week extension. I reached out again to find out why. They said they do not prorate but charge per week. I asked why it was not explained to me so I can make a decision knowing I have to pay for an extra week. I also let them know that it was not delivered on the promised day. They told me if I had opened my eyes and read the contract well I would not be having any problems. This is an absolute abuse of customer because they said If I don't pay the extra week they will start adding interest plus report to the credit bureau. All attempts to talk to a supervisor failed and I receive annoying email daily
