  ******* S came out to do my brother, ******* barnyard style roof. Professional, courteous, informative and prompt! True professional to his skill and craft! Kept communication open, and very, very honest! I would DEFINITELY recommend him as your man for the job! Thank you, *******!

  It was a pleasure to do business with ******* beginning with *****************************, the *************** Specialist. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, in the roofing replacement I required. He was courteous, and answered my multiple questions. He even brought samples of shingles similar to the kind I told him I was interested in when I spoke to him on an initial phone call. ****** also showed the underlayment with explanations of how all parts of the materials were to be integrated. This experience was all with his easy way and good humor.Additionally, I was impressed with the workers who immediately after arriving, got to work carrying materials and appeared to be well trained in exactly what each workers' job was. Outside of a lunch break, work never let up until the job was completed, including cleanup and putting potted plants, a water garden, and lawn furniture back in place. I loved how a worker 'swept' the immediate yard area with a magnet checking for roofing nails.

  This Company uses other outside companies for gutters installation. The experience with them with a nightmare. I dont recommend using them for gutter installation. From beginning to end. Work crew was sloppy /messy and had to even return to finish because it was left have done. We had called and complained. Then months later we had a concern with the gutters and the owner / manager to this outside company used by *********, instead of been proffesional, was argumentative disrespectful and unprofessional. Talking down to my wife. As if we had expertise with gutters. I would never use them again or recommend to anyone. These projects are expensive then have to deal with unprofessional behavior from companies, Absolutely Not.

  This company came in and provided me a quote for a new roof that was substantially higher than any previous company. And I have received quotes from about half a dozen total. I told their representative what type of shingles I wanted to use and what type of flashing I want to use and they quoted me different products that specifically cost more money. They claim that they are the best products in the industry and I told them that I’m not interested in using the best products in the industry at the highest costs. I told them that I was interested in using a midline product a 30 year shingle and not a 50 year shingle. Instead, they quoted me a 50 year shingle and they also quoted me copper flashing, which is the most expensive you could possibly install. Where I asked for aluminum flashing. I then sent feedback to the rep and asked for a new quote and instead the manager of the company called me and told me they weren’t interested in doing business with me. These people are scam artists. They will take advantage of you and you’ll pay for it, but if you want the most expensive products out there and you want to get ripped off for them and you don’t mind that you’re paying two or three times the cost of anyone else in the industry then by all means, feel free to waste your money on this ridiculous company who shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business. What a waste of time they led me through. In my life I have never run into a company that doesn’t listen to what you ask them for and instead quotes what they decide you need.

  Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. G*********’ review. In response to Mr. G*********’ review. In his opinion we are a “ridiculous company who shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business”. However, this did not stop him from contacting our company no less than four times, in the past five months. We have been to his home on several occasions and provided him with four proposals for services that range from installing a large tarp to his garage roof, rebuilding his garage roof, a new shingle roof, solar roofing, gutters & downspouts, and leaf relief. Our company has built its reputation, over the past fifty years, on the fact that we use the best products in conjunction with the best application, of these products, in the industry and we stand by those products, with what we believe, to be the best Workmanship Warranty in the industry. There may be situations in which we are unable to honor a customer’s request for specific material type as it would not support our Workmanship Warranty. We do acknowledge, that these products and our price point may not be the best fit for every consumer. Our proposals are provided free of charge, so that consumers can review multiple proposals from multiple contractors and make a decision that is best for them. Mr. G********* is correct when he states that we advised him we would not be able to do business with him. This is a result of Mr. G*********’ use of foul and hostile language to several members of our staff. While we value him as a customer, we are unwilling to tolerate this type of behavior when it comes to our staff. We wish him the best in his search for a Home Improvement Contractor.
