They took all my money but never installed the cover on my truck, I contacted them many times but the keep playing around, I have text messages to show their ignorance.Initial Complaint

On 2/27/23 I took my vehicle to sell to Shults Ford. This was through the KBB instant offer. Bill E**** told me the loan would be paid off and I would have a check for the remainder in 6 days. On 3/8/23 I called due to the loan balance now being higher than the payoff was. I called Bill and he was hiding. I emailed L P***** and J H*******, also both are hiding. I finally called after 5 and told them l was coming up to the store with a sign concerning their honesty and would stand outside. A "George" got on the phone and told me Bill was incorrect. They do nothing for 15 days until the title comes from the bank. I asked how they were going to get the title back when they have not paid the loan off. George told me they would pay the loan off the next day (3/9). It has not been paid off and the pay off is growing. George admitted Bill was new and did not know what he was doing. This is also effecting a refund from the warranty I had on the vehicle.
