    We paid $125.44 plus a $70 deposit. The room was dirty and gross there was no trash can either. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The owner even took my $300 ***** handheld rechargeable vacuum and then kicked us out. There are wires hanging from the ceilings, one light in the bedroom, the trim is falling off, the bathroom has no door knob, the main door doesnt lock properly, the heaters don't even work and the face of the heaters are nasty and bent. Under the beds is gross, there's layers of dust and stuff. The windows arent properly sealed to the walls. The smell of the room is horrible. The walls are covered in all sorts of stains from who knows what. The pillows are stained and flat. The place needs to be shut down.

    I hope you are doing fine. **. ******* and her boyfriend were staying with us at the OYO property for which they paid online. After that, she checked in with us at another property on 3rd August that we manage because they could not afford to stay at OYO. They wanted to stay for the long term. They even asked us if we needed any help and if they could work for us because they did not have enough money. We did ask **. ******* to clean some rooms and her boyfriend to do the maintenance for us. So something could be worked out. However, it did not work out. We still gave them two nights of stay so they are not on the streets and can make some other arrangements to pay rent and the Vacuum cleaner was held as collateral. They did not pay the rent and after staying for 2 nights they checked out and never came back to pay the rent and pick up the vacuum cleaner which we are still holding.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They never informed us we could return to pay and get my vacuum. They also moved us from the oyo after we had already paid for 2 nights. The rooms at both of their hotels are disgusting and some of the doors don't even close or lock properly. I'm still owed $70 from 4 or 5 years ago when I found stickers from someone's ekg.
