Yes,as long as you did not purchase an UNLOCKED remote control we are happyto have you return your keyless remote entry for an refund.Note: Refunds do not include S&H & will incur a 30% restock fee.Unlocked remotes & Remote and keys with CUT blades are not eligiblefor returns / refunds.

Warranty
We reserve the right to replace/refund within 30 days of theoriginal ship date. We will not authorize returns requested AFTER the 30day mark (from shipment). The product returned must be in the conditionit was when we shipped it. All of our products are stamped with ourKeyless Remote Warehouse U.V. ID (inner/outer casings & circuitboards) prior to shipment. Therefore, all products returned to ourlocation will have all parts scanned for our Keyless Remote WarehouseU.V. ID to confirm all parts of product returned by each customer arethe same parts we sent them. Refunds/Replacements will be denied ifproduct does not have our Keyless Remote Warehouse U.V. ID on all partsor if the product is in worse condition than it was in when it wasshipped to the customer. Refund /Replacement will be denied if you purchased an UNLOCKED item or if an item is damaged or altered by the customer. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping isnon-refundable. Items returned to us which are packaged improperly.lost, or damaged will be the responsibility of the customer.
