Tasca Lincoln has the worst service department. I am from out of town and my Navigator needs a repair. They could care less. They said I should bring it in in 3 weeks.Tasca Automotive Group, Inc.

I ordered a part for my **** Bronco. The shipped the wrong part, not only was it wrong it was only half of the wrong part. I emailed them to correct the situation two times, no response. I used their contact us page on their website, still no response.I used PayPal to pay so I filed a complaint there and request assistance. Took multiple days for PayPal to get involved, now PayPal has got involved, and TASCA agreed to a refund once I return the wrong item, this was on June 19th. On June 20 the return was delivered back to them and as of today they have still not refunded my money. PayPal keeps changing the date to resolve the case, and TASCA is just non responsive. I gave them plenty of opportunity to just send me the correct part and I would return the wrong part (which I did, with their approval). Now I just want my money back and will never deal with them again. Please do your research before buying from TASCA, they are the worst I have ever dealt with.Tasca Automotive Group, Inc.

1 starPlaced an online order on 1-15-24 through their website for 2 car parts. Order receipt by email on 1-15-24 and another confirmation received on 1-16-24 which said a follow-up email would be sent about shipping. My bank account was charged $115.74 which included shipping charges on 1-16-24. After waiting 4 days for the shipping email I checked their site to see the order status but when entering my email and order number supplied by Tasca, I got this message: There was an Error - Select a Car. I tried that and also reentering the order number multiple times without success. I tried their "live chat" which isn't live but instead sends them an email. I sent the chat email, but no reply. I tried again 3 days later and still the same thing. There's no other way listed on their site to contact them. I've reported them to my bank to dispute the charges. 1 starTake your car to get fixed anywhere but this place. More than a month in advance, I scheduled an appointment to finally get my van looked at. The appointment was scheduled for five days ago so I brought my van to them and figured theyd start working on it soon. Today I call for an update, and they tell me they plan on looking at it later TODAY. FIVE days after it was dropped off, its still sitting in the parking lot untouched. When it brought it in on Monday they told me have it there by 9am sharp so they could start working on it. I called earlier in the week and left a bunch of voicemails but never received a single call back. When I called today and finally got the manager on phone, he asks if I want to reschedule?! The audacity. This dealership is useless, they do not care about customers whatsoever and run on their own schedule. They are liars, do not do business with them.Review fromTim P

1 starWhen I made an online appointment, I was called CS rep that my ***** needed to be serviced in the ***************************** and they would check out my break system which was starting to make noise. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment on 11/18 at 7am I was first asked by the Service Rep-*********************** what the problem was. I told him i am here for break service ad informed him they were grinding. He asked if it was the front or rear and was **** with me when I said I didnt know. I told him I was waiting for the vehicle. He said he would let me know what he finds. At 9pm he called me (keep in mind he comes to the waiting room to tell customers their vehicle is done) to say I need reset brakes. I asked him why he is calling me two hours later when I appointment was for 7am. He said, we had to take care of a problem with another customer. I reminded him I have been here for 2 hours already and need my vehicle ASAP. He made a joke that he will whip the mechanic At 11:00am I asked to speak to the service manger and was told, he is in a Zoom meeting and you can talk to the quick lane manger which apparently is ***********************. I asked ************ what is the hold up with my vehicle and was told, he is putting the tires on now and you should be on your way momentary. It is now 11:45am and I am still waiting. I dont feel this is acceptable for an any customer especially dedicated customer who bought the vehicle from ********************.Review fromMary B

1 starDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. We are out of state and put down a deposit to hold a truck and were informed by two employee's ******************* in sales, and also ******************************* in internet sales, that our deposit would hold the truck while we waited on THEM to provide additional pictures. Our deposit was taken on Friday, and they sold the truck out from under us on Sunday. One sale manager tells me the sold sign was pressure washed off, what a JOKE! Then that they couldn't get the title. Then their general manager ********************* comes back and says the hold was just for 48 hours and basically too freaking bad even though the deposit was placed within the 48 hours. This experience has been appalling. ****** THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO HONOR OR INTEGRITY. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS YOUR BUISNESS. 1 starI found a Maverick truck online and spoke with the Tasca Ford of ******* internet specialist. He led me to believe that if I came down there today, I could buy the truck for the sticker price. He said things like, " you would have to talk with the manager, ****, but I don't see why not, he just sold one to a lady for just $1000 over sticker." After a brief conversation, I verbally confirmed, "If I come down there today, I can buy the truck for sticker price?" He said "yes." So, I went. It was a different story when I got there. The manager, ****, said he would sell me the truck for $10,000 over sticker! I asked to speak with the internet specialist. He came out and said, "I never said that. What I said was you could speak with the manager." He left. I told **** that I wasn't going to pay that. He offered $5000 above sticker. I refused and told him the story the internet specialist said about him selling a truck for just $1000 over. **** said he "never did that" and that "the internet specialist wouldn't say that...he's been there for 22 years." I expressed he did. I really don't understand why inventory is still- low post covid. And, it is really wrong that businesses, like Tasca Ford, is lying for the sake of money! 1 starManager *********************** accused me of giving him a bad check, then called my family members informing them of my bad check. Turns out my check was fine and the error was on them for not endorsing the check. Totally irresponsible and outrageous to call around claiming my check bounced. No apology from *****, other services offered by higher up just caused more issues with the ***** NEW car, leading to me bringing it back about 10 times.Review fromC K N

1 starOperating online as getOEMparts.com, they defraud people by taking money for orders and never shipping parts or refunding the money. BBB doesn't have any responses posted on whether they are investigating them or not. The online business lists ************************************************************* as their mailing address, which is a Tasca Collision Repair center. BBB needs to protect consumers and shut this online business down.
