      I ordered a part online from this company they sent the wrong part which they gave me an authorization to return it keep in mind I had to pay for shipping to receive it I had to pay for shipping to send it back shipping cost was well over $20 each way the park cost $202 the only way to correspond with this company is through their automatic chat service there is no phone number that works to talk to anyone they do not get back to you in any type of prompt service whatsoever that I am experiencing when asked for a refund since they will not just send the right part I am still waiting in limbo they say they can even do it on PayPal I said okay I will accept that way which I have a PayPal account they say all they need is the PayPal email associated with the account yet no one has ever gotten back to me whatsoever in this sense that's telling me that I should run far away from this company with doing business with them whatsoever looking at further online complaints they have other names that they do the same type of things too with other customers all I want is just my money back so I can move on in reference to which order this was from I am including the return confirmation order number#CM-511866

      Ordered a hinge for an f250, have PayPal information, cannot call new auto parts , submitted online company order with date and order number. They said they did not have that order number even though it is on PayPal paperwork .

      I ordered a part from this company three weeks ago. When I first ordered the part I was told in an email that I would receive an email correspondence within 2 to 4 business days. I never received that email correspondence. I then went on to the website to check my order status. There has been no order status update since September 20, 2023. Todays date is October 8, 2023, no updates. Meanwhile, I have gone on the site several times to get contact information to contact this company. To my surprise there is no phone number available to contact this company. Additionally, there is a live chat option. Every time I try to use the live chat option. It says that the company is off-line. Please send us a message. I have sent several messages and I have received no response. I have emailed and I have received no response. I would like to cancel my order but there is nobody to contact to cancel my order as no one responds to any of my emails or my live chat messages and there is no phone number. I would like to report this company because this is terrible business practice. First of all, they should have a phone number available. Second of all, live chat needs to be operable and for some reason it never works every time I logon and Ive logged on several times. I warn everybody to not patronize this business. And I will never order from them again after this matter is resolved. If this matter is resolve. As of today, I am planning to write a letter to them to cancel my order. As I know no other way to reach them. They took the funds from my account for this order on the very first date I placed this order, whereby some companies wait until the order it shipped. It is ridiculous that I cannot get any updates or contact anybody regarding my order.

      I ordered a part on December 15th, Order #******, the part received was not correct. Ever since then I have been trying to get an RMA to return the part for credit. They have not answered any emails and do not list a phone number on their website. I have also tried their Live Agent support but they never come on line to assist.

      I bought part number BBM3-66-CS0A, Clock Spring for 2012 ***** 3 drivers side airbag on 1/28/23. It was supposed to arrive between 2/7/23 and 2/9/23. Ive heard nothing from this company about shipping and Ive sent them an email and tried to do a live chat. Everytime I try a live chat it says Im 7 in the queue. EVERY SINGLE TIME Im 7th in the queue. They never come on to the live chat and log me off for inactivity when they are the ones who are t responding. I paid $155.19 for a part Ive never gotten. I would like my money refunded asap as Ive had to buy another one today so my son is safe to drive his car.

      My order was placed on 12/22/22 to GETOEMPARTS.com which is fulfilled by Tascaparts.com, I received my order in a timely manner, but now I need to make a return and there is no way to reach the customer support of ******************************* other than a 3rd party chat feature on their website or via email, NO phone. This would normally be fine, but when you send an email, or a dozen like I have, no response is met. When you speak to someone via chat they tell you there is a resolution and that an email is on the way to complete the return with a Return authorization number, but no email ever comes. I have been at this for a month now and I get no real response. Its like buying auto parts from a ghost. They sell to you, but if something happens or your order is wrong they are nowhere to be found. I am not the only person to experience this there are several credible review websites that allow honest reviews and not much spam such as trustpilot.com. 68% of 558 reviews are one star and complain about the same thing as I am. Tascaparts.com also has a sister site called getoemparts.com and they offer the same thing. Sales with no contact after the sale. Both websites even have a make it right guarantee on their returns and damages page. What is going on with these websites is not right concidering that I have purchased about $5000 in parts from them between two separate orders. If something were to be wrong with my entire order rather than just one part Id be sick and frustrated into believing that I will never see my $5000 again, but luckily the part I am trying so desperately to return to them is only $66. Please help me, how do I make them answer me and how do I get them to process return to my money back?? This is absurd. Attached are photos of my receipts. Thank you

      I order a ****** Cup holder in black. ORDER #******. I received a tan one. I notified GETOEM via email on 12/21/22, and 2x on January 1, 2023. I have yet to receive a response from them. I need to same cup holder but in black. I am happy to return the tan one.

      I placed order #****** on 9/3/2022. I realized that I ordered the wrong part so I placed subsequent order #****** on 9/20/2022. I also requested return for order #****** on 9/20/2022. I was told I would hear back within 2-3 business days. I have not heard back at all. I have attempted to contact company multiple times via email, as their website says they dont have phone support at this time. I have part in original packaging ready to be returned with no response from seller.

      This is a follow up of my original complaint (ID *********. After you helped me reach out to them, they sent me an email on 9/12 saying they were going to issue a refund. In their website it states it may take up to 10 days to receive the refund. It has now been more than two weeks and I have not received a refund. I sent multiple emails to them asking for clarification on whats happening and they have sent back nothing. I believe they are retaliating because of my involving the BBB. I just want my refund and to be done with this company and they can be done with me.

      Date of Transaction : 08/02/2022 Amount paid to business: $606.27 Order #: ****** Purchase contents: OEM Car parts My issue: back at the beginning of August I ordered an array of parts to be delivered, and they were never delivered. That wouldnt be be a huge deal if they would just refund me, but to date I have sent 3 follow up emails requesting a refund, but no response. Their phone systems are down. No response. They dont reply to their emails, and its been over a month and so just want my money back. Thats a lot of money.
