      Currently in *******, **. Very dissatisfied with overall service---bathroom demolition and mitigation due to burst pipe. Quick to answer the phone when they want to acquire the job; then, once they start to demolish your home, service is poor. Employees did not properly inform me during the process. Demo was done w/o my signed authorization (they did not make me aware of this step until after the job was done.) Tore up more tile than necessary. Workers unecessarily removed the toilet which left me w/o one til I could replace. Disgusting vapors made me feel ill while sewage pipe was open for a few days. Carried moldy material through my home instead of using exit door I offered that was in close proximity to affected area. Did not properly seal affected area. I have respiratory issues, so, these problems were particularly inexcusable. Did not inform me that someone would be back to take moisture readings days following the demo; I recvd unexpected calls and very impromptu visits to do this. Said dehumidifier would stay for 3 days; removed it in 1.5 days w/o clear explanation. Seemed like they were in a hurry to get equipment. Insulation was replaced upside-down. Asked me if they could use insulation I had instead of them providing materials! Unreal. After the job, I recvd a surprise call from them as they wanted to urgently have me sign work authorization (after the fact) and satisfactory completion of the work. Asked for Invoice to be submitted to insurance company; they avoided providing it to me. Supposed to get that before the work started. Not transparent. Shady practices. Said the job would only be a little more than $2500. (I wanted to compare cost w/other companies). Turned out to be $3425..Alot More! Repeatedly told me they'd help me line up a contractor to do repairs. Never did. Left a gaping hole; dead of winter; high heating costs.Called and spoke w/owner, *******************, to address concerns. He quickly cut me off. Said he'd call back. Never did. Don't Hire
