Working with The Barrett Group did not only help me to fulfill my goals in pursuing new opportunities on a new continent, but also identify my strengths and worth on the market place. I came to realize and apply my experience, strengths, and skills not only during the job search but also in my old position and now in my new area of responsibility. The Barrett Group supported me from the first through the last step despite the challenges associated when looking for new opportunities internationally and during COVID.

The Barrett Group brought order to my chaos. I was competing for positions with thousands and thousands of other candidates and could not get my resume past AI filters. I knew I was qualified but had no way of getting in front of any decision-makers. TBG helped me approach my job search from several different angles all at the same time. Within three months, I landed a position that checked all of my boxes and more. This was an investment in my happiness that I would make all over again if needed. I had to work very hard to get through this program and there were times I was very frustrated and struggling. That being said, I decided to trust the process and continue forward. I didn't find a new job the way I envisioned, however by learning to advocate for myself I landed a job that is absolutely amazing! Plus there is great growth opportunities to get me back on track with my career plans quickly. I cannot express my appreciation any other way than to simply say "thank you"! Now I look in the mirror and see the value I bring and there is no way to put a dollar amount on that feeling. My recommendation would be for anyone considering this program would be to trust the process and do the work. Went through the full program. Clarity, networking training, etc. and felt like it was perhaps the biggest waste of money Ive ever encountered. For free, watch some ******* videos on how to use linked in & search your network, and then basically reach out to your people asking for ********************* Certainly not worth $10,000. The folks were nice, but were essentially spending sessions with me reading off of a script or teasing me basic functions of linked in. It felt like someone wrote a 50 page training program and then read it to me over the course of 1 hour sessions.It was sold to me as this fantastic company with a great network of recruiters and industry professionals. Not at all the case. They blast out an email to tons of recruiters that arent even in a relevant industry. It was embarrassing to be honest, and I had multiple of THOSE SAME recruiters recommend I stop using the Barrett Group. You could tell they had a bad reputation.I think for everything they went through with me, I got 1 interview dont waste your time or money. What they offer is all very basic, common sense, copy/paste/halfassed insights. A number really!Review from Simona M

I wasnt sure what to expect, but indeed the program really helped me gain insights on my unique strengths and and skills and helped me better define the value that I can bring to a company. I have just finished the *************** at TBG. I have now achieved a newer level of self-appreciation, better awareness of my skills and values. I have now great focus of what I want to do, what I want to achieve and how. This TBG company is great company for a career change and to land on to an executive level jobs. Their *************** is an amazing one which brings a very clear understanding of what we need and how to get there.The material that they provide through out this program is very well prepared and thorough with easy to follow techniques. From there The Barrett Group offers experienced and impressive professionals to guide you through your job search.The program is comprehensive. Taking you from high-level goals, to professional resume writing, leveraging social media, engaging your network, interviewing prep, and with a host of powerful career tools, they can connect you to the right recruiters, hiring managers, directors, and C-suite professionals.Some may be concerned about the price. I justified it by assuming an *** of 100%. If that is the result, then why wouldn't I sign up? In reality the *** was much greater with a job offering a much more promising future than where I was. Excellent service during a stressful time. They were able to help me formulate a plan, understand what I really wanted, get the right resume together, prepare my LinkedIn in profile and eventually ace the interviews.
