************ ******************** installed all new electrical systems in our complete remodel of our home. The house was completely gutted and required all new circuit brakers, wiring, outlets etc. We also had Mr. ********************'s company install a generac generator. We paid over $20,000 to Mr. ********************* Initially, I was happy with his professionalism until the general contractor reduced the size of a bedroom closet to accommodate the ** ventwork and he refused to move the lightswitch near the closet door. It is now in the middle of the wall. Also, the first time we tried the ceiling fans, one of them made a banging noise. He said it didn't do it when they tested it so I would have to purchase a new one and pay his employee the install costs. I accepted these small issues and moved on. However, approximately six months after living in the home we started having issues with the kitchen lighting. Almost on a weekly basis they would not work. The undercabinet lighting, the light over the sink and island would not go on. The outlets and garbage disposal would not work. We would have to go down to the circuit ****** and reset it, and sometimes several times, for the lights to work. I called Mr. ******************** and he never returned my calls. I continue to call leaving messages as to what was going on and still no response. I called my general contractor and he reached out to **** as well and he said he would call us. He did not. We called more than a dozen times and we are still having this issue. This is why we are reaching out to you. Thank you, in advance, for any assistance you might be able to provide.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. They did come yesterday and change out a circuit breaker but we have to wait and see if that resolves the issue. Hopefully, it will. Please dont close this case until we are sure their attempt to resolve the issue works. Thank you for your help in this matter.
