      I purchased a ring from them. According to the description, it is supposed to be sterling silver. On their website, this is what it says about their materials:Sterling Silver The worlds most used, and loved, silver alloy. Aka .925 Sterling Silver. Made from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals like copper that add strength and hardness. Pure silver is too softit gets all banged up, which is why we steer ******** arrived and is not sterling silver. There is no 925 stamp. When emailing to enquire about this and ask for a refund, they refuse to admit that it is not sterling silver but also refuse to say that it is sterling silver. But that is what the description on the item says. This is false advertising. I did not receive what I paid for. They are telling me it is final sale and wont refund my money.

      I mailed a necklace to Rellery for a refund on July 20. The ************** confirmed that on July 25 Rellery received the necklace. I let Rellery know that the necklace was confirmed returned and they needed to either issue a refund, provide a store credit or mail the returned item back if they could not refund it. To date, they have done nothing to fairly compensate me or rectify the situation fairly. They have the necklace in their possession and I need to be a refunded or given a fair resolution. The package was unused, unopened and not personalized so there is absolutely no reason for them to steal my money or at least offer a credit. I am even being more than sensible by offering a 3rd solution for them to mail the necklace back if they cannot give a refund or credit. This is a poor, unreasonable and unfair business practice.

      I purchased a necklace off of the companys website and it never listed on the website that the item was not eligible for return. When I received the item, the quality was nothing like I thought it would be. I requested a return and was told that I could not return the item because it is limited stock and final sale. Nowhere does it state that on the website. Not even in the returns section does it state this is final sale. This company is terrible. They told me I could return the item for store credit. I would never purchase another thing from this company and would advise people stay far far away from purchasing from them.

      I ordered a necklace from the company that stated it was ***** inches. It is 18.5 inches to the very end. This is false advertisement. I send them measurement and proof. They said sorry thats our longest chain I requested a refund they denied it. I said I was going to file a claim against them. They sent me a return label I returned it and now they will not give me a refund. They said they will only give store credit. However they emailed me and said I could get a refund if I returned the item. They have lied 2 times now. It is illegal to falsely advertise something. I am very upset and now they have the necklace and are giving me nothing in return even though I paid for it and returned it exactly how they wanted it returned. According to this A common form of false advertising involves deceptive or misleading product descriptions, particularly claims that a product has certain features or benefits that it does not, or that it is of a higher quality than it actually is. The federal ****** Act allows civil lawsuits for false advertising that misrepresents the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of goods or services. 15 U.S.C. 1125(a). The *** also enforces false advertising laws on behalf of consumers.Falsely claiming that a product contains certain ingredients, or misrepresenting the quantity of an ingredient.they are in fact committing a crime and need to be stopped and held accountable. I would like my money back and be done with the company since they told me to ship it back for a refund.

      I have hesrd back from the company they are only willing to give partial credit for the item that I already returned. I am wanting a full refund and they will only do partial store credit even though they agreed to give a refund before I returned my item.

      A couple of months ago I purchased a necklace with this brand. I purchased it for myself as a late birthday gift because the item was out of stock when I intended to purchase it. My sweet fianc did not let me know he had actually purchased it for me for Christmas so him and I had both ordered the same necklace. I let him know the same day I purchased it, luckily it as right in the window to be able to cancel the order and get a refund. I reached out to cancel the order but it was after hours. No one reached out and by the time they did it allegedly too late for a refund. They also stated my piece was a custom piece which I had a hard time believing because it was a simple initial letter charm that I am sure are purchased a few dozen at a time. Long story short I was unable to get help or understanding from anyone. I have emailed them numerous times and have never received an explanation. I also find it very strange that every time I email this business it is the same one person responding to all of my emails. Even after I have emailed requesting to speak to someone else. I filed a claim with my back because they refused to refund me but instead give me store credit. Which I find ridiculous seeing as how this experience has been terrible and I do not want to give them my hard earned money again. So now I have $250 dollars that are sitting there. I have read so many terrible reviews about this business and how poorly they treat their customers. It is really disappointing. Their jewelry is actually okay spso its disappointing they are terrible to their customers. Oh, lastly they are also extremely wasteful with their packaging. Beyond wasteful and awful for the environment.a

      I ordered earrings from rellery.com on 11/26/2023 based on a photograph of the earrings and a statement on the product page "Easy returns/exchanges within 14 days post delivery + one-year warranty against breakages. Your satisfaction is our top priority." The earrings arrived 12/5/2023 and I was dissatisfied with them since they are much smaller than as pictured on the website. I requested a refund on 12/8/2023 (within the required timeframe) and was that told due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. The earrings have never been worn. I would like to be refunded the cost of the earrings, $79. I am including the photo on the product page and the photo of what I received.

      I ordered a necklace it took one month to get to me. Missed giving my gift to my daughter. Rellery said it was double scanned and lost on a truck. Get the item and it is bad quality. It is horrible. I asked for a refund and nothing no more communication. No one will return my email they got the item back and will not get me a refund. Ill have to file something with my bank. They are not a good company.

      Two purchases were made on 11/30/2023 and 12/12/2023. This was made because I was not sure if my November order went through because I did not receive a confirmation email. Therefore, I submitted a 2nd order thinking my first one did not go through. My first email to the company went out on 12/18/2023 to try and cancel one of the orders if indeed 2 orders were placed. On 12/19/2023, the company replied back and said they only received 1 order and if the information does not match up the funds should be available. I sent several more emails to inform them this did not happen. I sent an email on 12/19/2023, 12/27/2023, 1/9/2024. Finally, I get the order delivered to me and then a 2nd one processing for delivery! I tried to email over and over this is a mistake and finally after the 2nd one processed they responded on 1/9/2024 that they cannot refund due to order already being processed and delivered. This is 2 weeks later when they finally responded. They could have cancelled my 12/12/2023 order that was mistakenly ordered after not receiving a confirmation of the 1st order going through. They waited until it was too late for me to get a refund to respond to me. While on The BBB website I finally see similar complaints. Something is not right and this is bad business practice they are doing.

      I ordered 3 items from Rellery on the afternoon of Dec. 24th, **** (Rellery was closed until Dec. 26th, ****. Before they resumed business hours, I requested a cancellation of the order for the 3 items. This request for cancellation and refund was sent via email (as seen in the attached images). I tried to get them to read my email regarding the cancellation, but they only responded to those sent before the cancellation request and they proceeded to submit the order, in spite of my request for cancellation. They then sent a "partial refund" for 2 of the 3 items ($114 of the $279 was refunded) and they refunded $20 for shipping fees, since nothing had been shipped nor received from them, so I argued that I shouldn't be charged shipping fees for items cancelled and never mailed or received. After this, they refused to give me a full refund. They also mailed a "partial" item (Birthflower Necklace- should've included the chain and a birthflower charm). The contents of the pouch was only a birthflower pendant without the chain to hang it from! At this point, I've not been refunded $145 and all I have received is "part" of an order for a necklace with a Narcissus Birthflower Charm. I'm requesting that I get a full refund from this retailer, as they didn't provide even one complete item ordered for the amount paid. Please, help me. This has been so disheartening and hugely frustrating with no phone contact made available, nor any call from the Rellery customer service representatives to resolve this ongoing problem.

      Placed order on 11/30 and selected standard shipping as delivery was stated by 12/21. Once order was placed then an email was sent stating ***** days for delivery. The product finally shipped on 12/29 and arrived 1/3. Once opening the box the item looks like it came out of vending machine. The quality, size, and characteristics are nothing compared to what the site describes. I have requested a full refund but due to being "personalized" they are not offering anything. When reading reviews on BBB, a little late I know, I am reading the same complaints that I am stating. I will be opening a CC dispute but this company needs to be rated even lower so they cannot continue to take from people.
