      One window in our home was broken, we called ProEdge to have the window fixed. We were told that broken windows are covered under the warranty. ProEdge sent someone out to take a look and do measurements on Feb 7 my brother spoke with installer. On Feb 20, they asked my brother to take a picture. It was acknowledged that he received the pic. We heard nothing after that. Now we are waiting for window replacement, my brother called with no response. I called many times with no response. Today April 2, I spoke to a customer service ******** said again someone will get back to you. At this point I am feeling very frustrated so I called him back , today was the first time I heard of any estimate, they now tried to say it was emailed but I have nothing, Again why would we get an estimate if we were told it was a free replacement. We want the window replaced for free as we were told.

      My husband and I entered into a contract with ProEdge to replace the roof on our home. The old roof was at least 21 years old and we knew there could be some issues once they started the work. We were assured that the amount of plywood that is included as part of the standard rate should be sufficient. Once work began, we found out additional plywood was needed & the price went up by several thousand dollars. During installation I had several issues with unprofessional behavior from the installers crew. Since the completion of the roof, I have had leaking into my son's bedroom when snow melted and when we've had heavy rain. A crew has come once to attempt to fix it and the issue has not yet been corrected. Additionally, my yard was left filled with trash from the job, including piles of shingles, debris, nails, and staples.

      Will not stop calling. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me, I have no idea how they received my phone number. I have tried to block their number but they call from different numbers all day long. Received 10 calls including text messages in last 24 hours. I will never do business with a company that practices harassing technics to the point of having to block every number they contact from. They do not respect a consumers wishes to not be contacted!

      My wife and I ordered two windows, one regular, rectangular window for the bathroom, one larger triangular window for the bar. When the team first showed up to install it, the window they had was completely the wrong shape and size and we had to wait several months for them to re-make it and get it right. While installing it, the installer spent a good amount of time complaining about how difficult it would be to seal it properly. From day one, the window leaked from both bottom corners, I reported this and they had the same installer come back out. He re-sealed the window and complained again about how difficult it would be to seal it. Both corners still leaked afterward so they had the same installer come out yet again, he sealed it again, complained about the job, again, and even went so far as to tell us that our salesman never should have sold us said window in the first place which confirms my theory about their sales associates using highly predatory sales tactics and not caring at all about the final result. Finally, they had a different team come out and they put some kind of extra metal frame around the outside along with additional framing on the inside. The window no longer leaks, however, there's rough, unfinished wood framing shoved on to the inside with corners that don't match up and large, visible spots of epoxy holding it together and it looks AWFUL. We were told that it would only be temporary and somebody would be coming back to finish the inside. Today is Sunday, we were told that somebody would be here last Thursday and nobody showed up or contacted until we got a call much later in the evening saying that somebody would come on Friday. We waiting all day and nobody showed up or contacted us. The unprofessionalism and callous disregard this company has shown for its customers is mind-blowing to me and I urge anyone reading this to go with someone else. The windows are great, everything else about them has been a nightmare.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They had another team of installers come out and re-do the interior framing. It looks better than it did but the edges still don't quite come together and the frame is still entirely unfinished. I missed the part in my original sale contract where finishing the frame was my responsibility.

      This company has been an utter nightmare to work with, I let them know that I was extremely unsatisfied with still being left with an unfinished frame and they didn't even respond.

      November 16 2023 I entered into a New York Improvement sale and installation Agreement a NON-NEGOTIABLE CONSUMER NOTE. The window replacements were 55 inches which was the size of my existing windows. I ordered 6 windows which a contractor approve to be installed. Five months later a call from sales rep said there was one change to the contract, it was the window next to the entrance ,this had to be tempered glass and it was at no cost to me as they overlooked this. I said okay I understood it was fine. Approx. , six month later they sent contractors to install the windows. They were the wrong size. I explained to the installers they were given the wrong windows. They put one in by the front entrance .I was told they were all the same size 47 inches. Id called the contractor who approved the windows and the project to be installed,I told him this is not what is in my contract.They replaced my old windows breaking the glass put tape on the inside and outside.I asked them if they were going to insulate they said no. I had already made a $6,632. Down payment. The window they installed they left wrong in color on the exterior ,shoddy work in the inside .I have called them to resolved with threats of , Im done talking ,well Ill have to speak to our attorneyHe never called back ,no attorney ever called back .I wrote them a registered letter no reply . My daughter and cousin both tried to have them make good on the windows. He only offered to take $2,500 their best offer..But to put in the 47in windows . Winter is coming my home is uninhabitable in the winter with broken and uninsulated windows.I never signed but one contract , if any changes besides tempered glass I never agreed. They have broken the contract .Im 70 hrs old trying to get by and saved years to do this warmth.Its now been 9 months. Id like the size windows we agreed on or money back.Repair glass and insulate the way they were. Take the window back they put in.

      We got a quote to replace some windows in our house. We decided not to move forward and let the representative know that we would reach out if we decide to use them in the future. Since then, we have received nonstop calls from the business trying to get us to make a deal with them. We have told them many times that we are not interested and to please stop contacting us. However, they continue to call repeatedly. Today alone, they have called a total of 10 times from a variety of different numbers including private numbers, so blocking the business's number does not solve the problem. Yesterday, which was a federal holiday, they called 5 times. We want to receive no further contact from this business.

      On May 7th, we had a ProEdge representative come to our house and give us a quote on our windows and if we put down $1618 down that day they would take almost $2000 off the price. So we did put that payment down. Unfortunately, we had an unforeseen emergency come up and we can no longer afford the windows. I called to cancel the project as it hasn't even been started yet and i called on June 4th and talked to someone named ****. She said she would get back to me with an answer. I didn't hear back from her so i called the following day twice and was sent directly to voicemail. On June 6th, I received a phone call from the manager *********************** saying we were not allowed to cancel our windows had just been made that day. So all the sudden when i call to cancel, 2 days later my windows are magically done after being told they weren't going to be made until July because they were backed up on orders. The project has no set start date and ******************** threatened me and my family saying he was going to put a lien on my property and mine and my fiancs credit score would tank and that I wasn't allowed to cancel and had to go through with the project. He said no one cancels on him and they give everyone a 3 month waiting period before starting to put the windows in. He was rude and loud and wouldn't let me speak. He called me again today to explain he was sending my account to collections if I did not give him an answer in 24 hours. I already have been in contact with GreenSky the loan company ProEdge uses and they have a block on my account. They said ******************** isn't able to do anything with my account until the case is resolved. He is calling myself and my fianc making threats and trying to scare us into continuing to go thru with the project. Again, the project has not even been started, no date set. We do not want our deposit back so we can just be done with this company. I do not want them at my house.

      On May 7, 2024, the customer signed a contract with ProEdge Remodeling for a custom-made window replacement project. The contract describes the exact specifications, style, location  and price of the windows that would be built specifically to fit the customers home. In addition, the contract which the customer signed clearly states that the buyer may cancel the agreement/transaction, by providing written notice before midnight of the third business day after the transaction date, without any further liability or expense to the buyer. 


      Several days later, a ProEdge Remodeling representative contacted the customer to schedule an appointment at her home to conduct a pre-inspection and measure. The customer agreed to have our technician come to her home on May 20, 2024 at which time the inspection was completed. At no time did the customer indicate that they had any issues or reservations about the upcoming window installation. Upon completion of the inspection, the customer's custom made windows were put into production.


      As noted, the customer contacted ProEdge Remodeling by phone with the intention of canceling the contract on June 4, 2024, nearly 1 month after the legally required written cancellation due date. At that time, the customers windows were well into production at our factory. Again, the contract the customer signed clearly states that if written notice of cancellation is not provided within the legal cancellation period, the customer is legally obligated to all terms of the contract.

      ProEdge Remodeling has in ggod faith attempted to work with the customer to assist her with fulfilling the obligations of the contract in an attempt to complete the window installation project and avoid penalties and fees which would be incurred.

      I canceled my the contact due to a finical hardship and they told me I had three businesss day to do so which I did signed the cancellation and sent it back got an email from ********************* stating that my check was signed and sent to me on March 18 it is now the 3 of April and I have yet to receive my refund on this product very disappoint with this company and I paid the down payment all in cash

      I have received more than 10 calls in the last week from this company. Two times I was able to answer and requested to be taken off of the calling list. The last time the person on the phone was incredibly rude and pushy questioning why all of the sudden I was no longer interested in buying windows, when I asked to be taken off the list she told me there was no list. Today I was called again and while trying to explain that I have asked to be taken off the calling list the girl on the phone continues to speak over me and said she could only take me off of the list if I gave her the date I signed a contract and who I signed the contract with for a new company. I told her this wasn't information she was *********** and she told me they would be calling me again and hung up on me. I understand having a business is following up on potential customers but they are literally bullying people and harassing people.

      Contract was signed 3/10/23. Work was performed on 6/14/23. One issue is that one of the six new doors installed was a storm door that was supposed to have a top and bottom window where the top window would slide down leaving a screen behind. They installed a door that has the screen on the bottom. We noted this at the time of installation with the installer who tried to help switch the screen but couldn't. He had us make a note on the workorder approval sheet. The second issue is that the same door doesn't stop the rain from getting inside that door. Alot of water passes through to the main entry door. I have tried many times to reach ProEdge to get help correcting these problems. I have tried to contact through their website several times getting only an automated email response that says we'll be contacted shortly. I then made phone calls where, again, I was told someone would respond shortly. However, they don't call back at all.
