Unacceptable Denial of Critical Medication I am beyond frustrated with CVS Caremarks handling of my prescription for Mounjaroa medication I have been on for the past year and a half. This drug has stabilized my blood sugar and helped me lose 136 pounds, dramatically improving my health. Yet today, despite no changes in my life, job, or medical condition, my refill was denied without justification. This decision is not just an inconvenienceits a direct threat to my health. I have now gone four days without my necessary medication, and the consequences could be severe. The lack of transparency and refusal to provide coverage for a drug that has clearly been effective is completely unacceptable.CVS Caremark, how do you justify suddenly cutting off access to a medication that is working? How do you expect patients to maintain their health when you make arbitrary and unexplained decisions? I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue. If you are considering using CVS Caremark for your prescriptions, bewarethey have no problem playing games with peoples health. I expect a prompt response and a resolution immediately.

It's not worth the change.. move on.. they don't process payments right away. You'll end up sending money orders.. not worth it.

I would be shocked if they were BBB approved. They are terribly disorganized to an extreme level.

CVS at ************** and *****************-Alpharetta Ga is incredible. The two pharmacists are always ready to help, the back-up professionals are amazing. It slime watching a professional sports team operate-seamless! Great job folks!

Horrid! They used to be so good. So, on the spot, accessible, seemed like they all knew their jobs. Now, we have a new name for them....CVS WEDON'************** Horrid. Horrid. They continually mess up prescriptions, and the fiasco with Stupid Silver Scripts, caused the problem, I think.

The absolute worst of the worst prescription insurance. In 2015, my employer switched to CVS Caremark. Within weeks, they had created relentless obstacles to get our kids prescriptions filled. Our oldest son is on the Autism Spectrum and our youngest has ****************. They would lose prescriptions repeatedly, telling us to have the provider resubmit, then theyd demand that the provider try another med, then theyd decide the provider was out of network although they werent. Our kids went without. Wed give up and pay out of pocket until we could resolve the issue but this just piled up until we had a full financial collapse.I actually left my employer for another primarily to get away from CVS. Then, in January of this year, my current employer switched to CVS Caremark. Its been two months and they are exactly the same as they were a decade ago: I believe this is their business model to avoid paying for prescriptions. Im Type 1 Diabetic. Ive been without my medication for three weeks as theyve claimed my med is for weight loss which they dont cover (its not) Theyve claimed theyre switching it back and forth between their home delivery and a store location. Neither ever happens. CVS Caremark shouldnt be allowed to operate.

This company is rude and does not stand by anything that they do, or say. They're unprofessional, miserable, misleading representatives. I was offered a Courtesy , of next day air on my next prescription fill in 1/2025, I went to use it 2/2025 , to Receive the same horrible service. My prescription was sent over by my doctor February 20, 2025. I understand Caremark has a two day processing on orders and 3 to 5 day delivery today is March 1 and I still have not received my order. I called in to Caremark to only be told that the representative forgot to apply the next day air and according to their screen, I can expect delivery March 6. That is totally unacceptable when dealing with medication , and health of a person, the matter is taken lightly by senior representatives ,as well as management with this company, I only use this company because my employer plan only allow cvs. Do better

I have a new employer, CVS Caremark is my new pharmacy insurer I got coverage starting Feb 23. My son needs an urgent antibiotic today (Feb 26) but I still have not received my cards in the mail to know my ** number for coverage. They refuse to give me my ** number over the phone even after I verified all my info. I do not have days to wait for a card to come in the mail. Im at *** right now and need the ** number TODAY in order to get this medication. They are withholding this info from me and wanting me to wait for the card in the mail. If something happens to my son for not receiving this antibiotic, THEY ARE LIABLE!!!

On Feb. 16, 2025, a pharmacist refused to fill prescriptions for me at store #****, and lied stating that no CVS could fill those prescriptions before walking away and refusing to assist me. I contacted *** corporate via website and requested to be contacted, *** never did. I then contacted *** via their social media, requesting to be contacted. *** never did.I have a filed a formal complaint with the ***************************** about this violation of ethics. I will attach a description of the actual incident, which CVS will not attempt to discuss with ***** husband was being discharged from the *************** following a complex surgery and I came here to fill his discharge prescriptions. They were official and on official hospital letterhead with patient PII computer labels affixed. Doctor and hospital contact information was supplied on all prescriptions. I approached the counter and asked the pharmacist if I could fill these prescriptions. He glanced at them and realized some of them were for pain medication (*********, *********) and then immediately threw them back across the counter at me stating "We don't fill that sort of medication here." I then asked him, "Ok, so do you know which CVS does fill these?" and he cut me off and replied that no CVS fills those prescriptions and when I asked him if he might know of any other pharmacy where I could fill them he said no, to maybe try a grocery store, and then walked away. He refused to fill these legal, legit prescriptions without providing me any reason. He refused to contact the doctor or hospital on the prescriptions. He refused to look at my ID or verify that I am not on any pharmacy shopper lists. If he is refusing to fill these valid prescriptions based on his personal beliefs, what other medications is he also refusing to fill for others? For the record, our doctor called a different CVS and that pharmacist filled the prescriptions for us, so CVS does indeed fill them.

SilverScript took over my prescriptions first I got $11. I called as this was the first I had heard of SilverScript and was told this bill was an error and should not have been sent out snd to throw it in the trash which I did. Next month I get a second bill an Including last fee. I call again and I was told error is being corrected please disregard snd accounting will call me back. I do not answer numbers I do not recognize when nam does not show up snd no message was left! Today I got. 3rd notice snd finally was owed. Now I have additional $33. Bill. I have nothing but trouble since they took over my prescription coverages. My medicine went from$25 to $200. This is outrageous!!!!!
