      I purchased an item on 9/10/21.I have yet to receive the item. I paid extra for 3-5day shipping. I attempted to correspond with the company through their chat platform. I receive on response on 9/16/21 saying their shipping policy is 5-10 business day and that I would receive tracking info once it was shipped. I never received any tracking information and haven't received the package. I have tried corresponding with them several times since then and am not getting any response. I also tried calling their phone number -no answer each time. at this point i want the item or my money back. its been almost a month and no item or communication. their website offers a channel to leave a complaint or concern but once you type in the information it doesn't let you submit the complaint. I'm very upset and feel that I have just been cheated out of my money and scammed and am concerned that they are doing this to other as well. Please help.

      First and foremost, we want to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you, or any miscommunication from our logistic associates that has led you to doubt and poorly review our business. Due to recent updates on our site we did not receive all correspondence from you during that time. Your order processing unfortunately was during a period where we were experiencing a Coronavirus out break amongst our team and families. Which  brought about a 14+ day closure of our physical operations and deferred business logistics . One of our colleagues conveyed to you, that we were out and would ship your items or offer a refund as requested. Since then these matters have been resolved, we issued you a refund on 10/4/21. We had no issues resolving the matters as discussed over the phone prior to the complaint. Our team members are exceptionally prepared and qualified when it comes to our customer support and service. Regardless of anything else, offering great support is our principle objective and it is heartbreaking you were not treated with the regard you merit. We would love the opportunity in the near future to offer a better service and  experience purchasing our awesome product collections. We value our customers. We trust that you can acknowledge our statement of regret and hope that we have rectified this concern.
