    In April 2022 contacted Eric Dreher of Dreher Septic Services to perform a service at **** **** Street Columbia SC 29204. Mr. Dreher came by employment on April 22, 2022 and received and cashed a check in the amount of $1250.00. In conversation with Lillie B. ***** (owner of home/my Mother) on April 21, 2022 Mr. Dreher stated, "I need half the money i.e., $1250.00 to get the material so I can start the job on Monday April 25, 2022." Mr. Dreher did not show up to start the job nor did he call or send anyone from his establishment. About two weeks later we i.e., ****** ***** and ******** ***** (self) contacted Mr. ****** at XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX. He stated, "I will start the job this week." Mr. Dreher never showed up or sent anyone to start the job. The entire month of May 2022 he told lie after lie i.e., I will start the job this week. I was having problems with my men." I called him on both phones i.e., XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX and he would not answer or return calls. Sometime later, Mr. Dreher sent one of his workers with a machine to start the process. However, nothing was done. All they did was mark the spot. The worker left the machine in the back yard. Finally On May 31,2022, I texted him on both phone. He finally returned the call and and said, "I will start this Friday i.e., June 3, 2022." Mr. Dreher did not show up, or call, or send anyone of his employees to start the job. I attempted to contact him several times and he did not answer; not able to leave a message on either phone. He retuned the call stating, "I will start Monday June 6, 2022." In conversation, ****** ***** and myself informed him we no longer wanted to do business with him because he continue to lie and give excuses. We requested our money back. He stated, "I understand, I will bring you your money back Friday i.e., 10th June 2022." Mr. Dreher did not come or call and he refused to answer his phone. I texted him on Saturday June 11, 2022 on both of his phone reiterating
