    Seemed professional to speak with but: 1. Arrived 2.5 hours late without any attempts to communicate 2. After speaking with them prior to the job, the expectation was that the cost would be near $800. Charged over $1500 total by adding charges such as $135 to locate septic tank, $110 for sewer cam, $125 to haul off brush (two small bushes that I would have dragged to the curb in 10 minutes). None of these add-on charges were discussed before final bill. 3. Cut multiple electrical wires (one for porch outlets and one for irrigation had to be repaired professionally. Had to pay over $500 to have one fixed by electrician and low e by landscaping company. They need to be more transparent with intended charges and fix mistakes. I do not recommend.

    Paid for 2 septic open tank test prior to purchasing a home. Neither were completed. No dirt over either tank had been disturbed. Hadn't even moved in yet an a septic issue occurred. Reached out to them. They kept changing stories. I don't know how you can check things as "acceptable" if you didn't remove the lid to see anything. Regardless the work they were hired to do was not completed now we are left fixing a broken pipe before we can even move in.
