      This business first of all has a giant sign on the door to the entrance along with in the foyer about being A+ accredited by the BBB which would be false information according to your website. Second the employee Ms. Debbie is completely unprofessional along with prejudice and being a thief. The car I received had a fair amount of internal damage to it along with a tire sensor light on and an engine light. The brakes did not have a proper working ABS on it and the inside charger ports didn't work so I ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere with my 2 small children begging to borrow a charger port to even get home. I paid the deposit and rental fees daily along with insurance on it and sent the confirmation to Debbie almost daily. The day before we went to turn it in I was threatened by Debbie both personally and legally. She then sent people to my place of residence by gps location of the car to ask me questions and threaten to return the car. We then took the car back and were told we had to wait on back up employees to come, over me having to file a report with the police for harassment, in order to return the car so we sat in the office with Emily (the only decent person to most likely ever work for this company) for over an hour waiting on Debbie to send the refund because the car was returned in same condition. After waiting Debbie said she was driving so she would have to refund our deposit via cashapp once she stopped driving. After reaching out to her again Hours later she decided she would not be sending back the deposit because she no longer accepted the insurance we had purchased and unless I gave her an another $154 she would not give me my $150 deposit. Their contracts however state it is their responsibility to maintain insurance while the other says its me. I have sent her confirmation of the insurance and her texts previously accepting it in which I was threatened again and had to go file another police report. Rob the owner does not help.
