      Absolutely horrible service. I made reservations for a rental Friday morning and was assured the vehicle would be ready by the afternoon. The first vehicle they gave me was supposedly cleaned yet when I drove off I quickly found out it was infested with roaches and I immediately returned it. The next vehicle that they claimed was recently serviced and in good condition had a bad engine and broke down within the hour. They did apologize and assured me they would have another vehicle available the next day but there was none. They held my money for 3 days and gave me the run around about getting another vehicle that was in proper running condition and failed to do their job. I and my husband missed out on an entire weekend of work and wasn't even able to buy food. It took them until Sunday evening to refund my money because they couldn't deliver a properly running vehicle.

      The prices is very low along with the deposit. But, I’ll say they are very devious and conniving. The cars they lend out need extensive work, they will rent the car out to you knowing the car is not decent and turn around and try to blame you for things that was not your fault. These cars are point A to point B cars. Not for out of town use. I did also write a review on Google only for Debbie to reply with a lie to make me look bad. I have proof that I paid for the rental like Rob allowed the night that you (Debbie) sent me a text. You got upset that Rob intervened and you came demanding the keys because Rob and I spoke and you WERE NOT included. The car was NEVER reported stolen. I have ZERO reason to slander Rob’s business but the truth is the truth. Customers should know the truth. Debbie I don’t care if you go typing up a fake letter…. I have my absolute right to post a review and I’m exercising my right to do so.

      To the owner/manager & Heather Thank you first Heather for your help. You were kind and professional. The vehicle got me from one place to another and for those two things I am grateful. Other than those things, the car was a piece of junk and filthy. The steering wheel actually got dirt on my clothes. I had to clean the inside windshield it was so dirty and I am not a picky person. The undercarriage had a dirt flap hanging down and half of the vehicle is bondo. I have attached photos and I would like to request a partial refund of at least $200.00. 395061 … This car was $55 a day!!!!! And was only worth $20 maximum!! I don’t want to write a bad review but I will if this is not addressed to my satisfaction. I cannot believe I even tipped the man who brought the car!
