1 starI bought my wife a Nemesis 2024 in May of 2024. Our LSV was delivered on July 5, 2024 within 9 weeks and six days the signal lights stopped working, one of the seatbelts was on backward, speaker was not working they had to replace. They picked the LSV up on 09/13/2024 and returned it in the same condition as before on 10/04/2024. When I told the delivery guy about the same things were wrong and all he stated do you want me to take it back! We called them back to complain that everything was not fixed properly. Next problem we had with the LSV is one day we were out riding when it slowed all the way down to the speed of 1 and would not go faster. I had to push it like Fred Flintstone and it started back up, but a couple of weeks later while my wife was picking my daughter up from school it did the same thing again. They came and picked the LSV back up on 12/18/2024 and returned it 02/03/2025 it broke down again on 02/06/2024. I also bought her a rain cover they had to replace one because the guy ordered wrong one, the next one had black smudge all over it and they came with the third still smudged with an offer of only $100 off a purchase of $500. Bolt was missing a nut in the back I had to find a nut for it. Tires locked up on was the last thing. They have taken all of the joy out of my wife enjoying her LSV, and at this point I feel like I was sold a lemon, and no one cares because they have received their payment in full, so they are just picking our LSV up and storing it instead of fixing the issues!!!!! There is no way you should be having these many problems with a 2024 LSV.Review fromTami S

We purchased a brand new 2024 Bintelli Beyond 6 seat golf cart and received delivery on 7/16/24. After only 35 days and with only about 80 miles on it, the cart stopped working. It no longer starts at all. We first dealt with Bintelli directly in South. Carolina. However, they told us there is nothing they can do to help and that we have to work with the dealer in Louisville, KY that built it. They are 5 hours away from us so that is not reasonable. The dealer did provide the name of a small engine repair person near us, but he was unable to fix it. We have since had it transported to a dealer in Michigan who has had the cart for almost 2 weeks but hasn’t even looked at it yet. Who knows how long it will be before we will have it back in working order. This has been a nightmare and one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever faced. The cart was not cheap and to have the company tell us they can’t help us is inexcusable. We obviously bought a lemon.Bintelli LLC

Bintelli is an OEM that only sells to authorized dealerships, due to automotive laws, we can not sell or service the retail public, everything must be run through dealerships. As you purchased your cart from an authorized dealership five hours from you, that is the dealership that would be responsible for assisting you with any warranty or non-warranty repairs. 1 star11 months ago we bought a Bintelli beyond 4 person golf cart we also purchased the 3 year parts and labor warranty for the first 9 months it worked fine but for the last 2 months has been a nightmare first they came out and replaced programmer that lasted about two weeks then they came back picked it up and said it was the batteries so they replaced the batteries with used batteries and tried to charge me $140.00 which we refused to pay and had to show them where we purchased the extra warranty that lasted about two weeks the they came back and took it a second time but all this didn’t go smooth they will not answer phone calls or text anyway they picked it up again and replaced the batteries again with new ones now it’s dead again and we’re not getting any response from the dealer in Trussville AlabamaReview fromKristy M

3 starsI like the golf cart but it could have better suspension. It rides pretty ruff compared to my club car. I also absolutely don't recommend buying the golf cart curtains that they sell. They are poor quality, rip easily and don't really keep the wind or rain out if you happen to get caught in an unexpected rainstorm.Review fromANGIE G

1 starIt has been about 4 months to the date today, and the front tires are all flat and on one side. Back tires are the same as when we purchase. Now last time they where charging us almost $500. We made a big deal because it was only 6 month since we had bought the cart the lowered it to $212. I need new tires and it only has been 4 months. The cart is only used maybe 3 times a week short distance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ And once again I have to do this. I do really think they need a real training on their employees, they never know anything. I just heard a story that I am not the only one unhappy. The first time they made it better and I thought I wouldn't have a problem again, but here we are. Management doesn't care about customers they do not call you if there is a problem and you request to talk to them. Also, their carts are badly manufactured. I just had to send mine back for tires after only having it for 5 months. Got charged because of course tires are not included on the warranty, OH and do not get me started on that because the 4 years warranty doesn't cover a thing. I would think tires last more than 5 months using the cart less than a few days a month. And trust me tires were worn out very strangely so basically it wasn't the driving or anything that we did. I will not take this posting off no matter what. People need to know what they are getting into with them. I am never buying a thing from that company. And I am looking to see if I can get maintenance somewhere else.Review fromThomas S

5 starsI am shocked to see the negative reviews. Our personal experience was the opposite. We live in the Largo, FL, area, and we purchased our Bintelli from a local dealer in 2021, and they were terrific. We are still enjoying our golf cart and have not had one issue. In fact, before purchasing our golf cart, we shopped around and found this brand was one of the better ones, and the dealer raved about how dependable Bintelli is. The owner even expressed how he used to sell other brands, and he found Bintelli to be a company that cares about its products. If you are in Florida, check out Shaffer's. We have referred many other people to them and have not heard any negative response from those we referred.Review fromPeter M

5 starsI am a golf car and LSV dealer in Grasonville, MD and have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Bintelli LLC. Everyone I have dealt with from principals, sales reps and their parts department has been very professional.
